Really enjoyed my stay, fantastic customer service from the staff, who were extremely friendly and welcoming, and were able to assist and help with any requests, beautiful clean rooms and very nice pool area. Great location as close to central Ubud. Lovely breakfast too with great selection on offer, and very nice afternoon tea too. Would highly recommend staying here if coming to Ubud!

Beautiful resort! We had the warmest welcome and felt right at home. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was huge as well and they also provide a drink and light snacks for afternoon tea. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.

Классный отель! Останавливались на 2 ночи, в разного типа номерах. Первая ночь была в смарт вилле- это просто супер, конечно! Ванна на открытом воздухе, но при этом пож крышей, так что дождь не страшен. Прямо из ванной шагаешь в свой бассейн. Вторая ночь у нас была в делюксе. Там сильно проще, конечно, но основная проблема в том, что очень шумно утром. Окна выходили во дворик и с 7.30 зачем-то там начали активно пылесосить, подметать, что-то скрести... Молодцы, конечно, чистоплотные, но до хотя бы до 9 утра потерпеть можно было бы. Постель во всех номерах одинаковая - с высоким удобным матрацем, гора подушек, все идеально для отдыха. Завтрак по меню, заранее заказывать не надо. Очень вкусно. Плюс приносят фрукты, тосты с маслом и джемом, круассан. Расстроили немного тем, что утюг дают только в аренду за дополнительную плату. И халатики хорошо бы уже обновить. Но это мелочи. В остальном отель супер, рекомендую!

Service was impeccable, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were pleased that the resort was able to upgrade us to a cottage with a plunge pool, which was unexpected.

I love this hotel so much, the service staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel breakfast was 10/10, my boyfriend was sick and had bali belly and they were able to deliver breakfast to my room upon request. They also recognise and reached out to us when they saw us at the lobby to check in on his condition. Check in and check out was very fast, staff was efficient, the experience was better compared to the other ini vie branches I was in. Miss this place and definitely will be back. P.S. the only lacking part I feel is that they have an Alexa in the hotel room but not connected to the devices in the room properly (other branch had no issue)

It was such a romantic and unique experience, and the food was absolutely delicious! The presentation was stunning, and it made for some truly memorable photos. But the surprises didn't stop there! Upon returning to our villa after a day of exploring Ubud, we were delighted to find a beautifully decorated birthday cake waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that truly touched me. It's these small touches that set Amaera Resort Ubud apart and make their guests feel truly valued. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Ubud, I highly recommend Amaera Resort Ubud. Their exceptional service, stunning villas, and attention to detail make it the perfect place to celebrate special occasions or simply unwind and reconnect. We were still given a little small gift before we departed from the villa, kudos to each and every one of the staff which made our first trip to Bali an unforgettable and memorable one, till next time!
