As I previously mentioned, our bathroom floors are graded for guest use and in compliance with our design and safety standards. This includes the shower area that you referred to in your emails. The flooring is natural marble and is equipped with bathmats as a standard and rubber mats upon request. In addition, we have done a thorough investigation of the area and did not find any abnormalities or defects.
