Lovely stay. Pool decking need an upgrade and many pool tiles lifting. But overall we enjoyed our time. We have stayed many times and will stay again. Great for families and kids

We visited Sanur for the first time and wanted a bit of pampering and to visit Nusa Penida. So we chose Hyatt Regency Bali for the location and the resort. We wished we stayed longer. The rooms were spacious and the grounds are quite extensive with beautifully landscaped gardens. We had dinner at the Pizzeria one evening with live music. Gorgeous! Love to stay here again in the future!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from a beautiful, clean beach with stunning views, especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that offered a fantastic sea view. I appreciated the modern amenities and the cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. The hotel also offers easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made exploring the area very convenient.

We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights at grand palace hotel just 2 days ago. All of the staffs are very nice which I really appreciate. The room was clean as well and properly maintained. The pool was also nice but it's too shallow. At least there should be 4-5 ft on one side of the pool. What I didnt like was the smell of the bath towels and some of it are old and tore already. Also the bedsheets and pillowcases didnt smell good. I thinks its because of the washer that they used. I know they cleaned it but at least put a fabric conditioner so it will smell good. Food was okay but the promo for the pizza with 2 drinks was bad. Overall, it's still a good hotel for the price. I really want to commend all of the staffs for being nice, friendly and accommodating. Some of them are still trainees but the hospitality was really outstanding.

I and my boyfriend had a great and unforgettable experience over here. Even though there was a type of room for 2single bed left but the staff give a hand as you guy can see a picture below. Anyway we love to stay all day long for relaxing at this hotel🧡✨

Hotel's greeting & staff waiting at front lobby to welcome us. Check-in & out is fast. Dining restaurant and Swimming pools are great and nice. Room Cabana with private pool is what we want to enjoy these holidays but it can be viewed from storeys above us. Buffet dinner is standard but the BBQ lilit prawn & ayam cannot be missed. Walking distance to ICON Mall and lots of food stuffs around the hotel. Pasar Sindhu night market should not be missed whenever visiting Sanur. A very enjoyable and pleasent stays at cabana room. A note to the HOTEL: pls do some modification to the sliding doors as any gaps will invite lots of Mosquitos into the room.

So far this hotel is ok , for short stay or bussines … the most unfavorable about this hotel is the capsule bathroom , its bit rusty hard to open and close the door , the water is warm ( not hot ) , and the capsule bathroom floor will be wet after shower , and since the closet located inside the capsule bathroom , so obviously wet floor are not comfortable .

This is a very huge hotel over 400 rooms so if you're coming with a lot of people this is perfect but it's also good for couples. I asked him to design the room for my anniversary and they did it for no extra charge amazing hospitality!!! all I had to do is bring them the flowers and they did all of this! They have a real gym with full equipment, ice plunge and a sauna! All on the same level and they give you towels! If you're coming for working or you need good internet the internet is in your room you have your own router the Wi-Fi is super super strong! Had a massage and it was perfect! The pool is large enough to do laps. Great Open spaces in the lobby great to just chill and relax.
