Front and all staffs are super nice. Good location the hotel also has buffet breakfast. big problem window in the room cannot open so that room is somewhere bad. Also the toilet . The room feel like wet and molly. I book for two night, i only stay one night. So bad
Highly recommend The Stones for a luxurious and comfortable holiday in Bali. The location was great, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the actual hotel was well maintained and satisfying in every category. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was large and well designed. The Jacuzzi was warm and lovely to relax in after a day of walking. The breakfast was fresh and varied with great selections - we wanted for nothing! The pool table was a great way for the kids to entertain themselves and the staff went above and beyond to help. I accidentally left my handbag with a large amount of cash and my passport, lying on a bench. I went back half an hour later and the staff had located it and put it in a safe location after trying to contact me! All money and items were still in the bag when staff returned it to me - very honest, friendly and genuine people at this hotel. It was a lovely stay.
I loved Kuta Beach Hotel… we initially stayed around the corner in an expensive hotel but when I decided to stay an extra week this hotel was perfect. The staff at reception and the lovely lady at the downstairs bar were lovely. It has a great pool upstairs with views of ocean which was a 1 minute walk from hotel. If I had to comment on anything, and this is just personal taste, I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet as it was predominantly Asian cuisine which is expected because I was in Bali, but I do like bacon, even beef bacon if they don’t serve pork bacon, when I’m on holiday. Other than that, I give this hidden gem 5 stars!

It is a new hotel, the facilities look brand new and breakfast was delicious.
But I feel bad that the massage service only in room, although the staff prepared cloth pad to cover my bed, massage oil still Infiltrate into my bed.
Moreover, massage staff played her phone with one hand while massaging, which made me feel unprofessional.
A very satisfactory stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a busy area with convenient dining and shopping nearby. It is also close to the airport.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Stay at Fairfield Hotel Legian!
I had a wonderful experience at Fairfield Hotel Legian. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s cleanliness and the cozy ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep throughout my stay.
The pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained—perfect for unwinding after a day out. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of delicious options, both local and international.
The location is another plus—peaceful yet close enough to the vibrant heart of Legian. It was easy to access restaurants, shops, and the beach.
What stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone, from housekeeping to the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Their genuine hospitality made a big difference.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali and looking for comfort, great service, and value. I’ll definitely return!
The hotel is in a good location in Legian and close to the beach. It was relatively quiet at nighttime but given the area noise was expected. The staff were helpful and kind. Given this hotel is only a year old, I was expecting there to be better upkeep of the room. There was water damage on the wall near the aircon. The bathroom was not well cleaned and the bathroom, specially the shower water smelt terrible - I reluctantly showered in it and used bottle water to wash my face and hair. I’m not even exaggerating when I say how BAD the smell of the water was which meant the whole bathroom constantly smelt disgusting. I figured this was a Bali ‘thing’ but didn’t experience this in other hotels. With greater maintenance, care and upkeep, the hotel can easily ensure it stays brand new like.
Despite wrote to the hotel twice to make the request, hotel don even bothered to take note much less I have booked Executive Deluxe category and room was not even available at 430pm.
Unbelievable.
Ended up have to get management staff to address to the escalation. Brought to see the 1st room which was tree branches view and accepted 2nd room facing the Garden Pool after stranded in the traffic congestion and too exhausted to wait any longer.
Don even bother to book Executive room as there are only 80 units ( from what I understand from the FOM ) which apparently choices of view are very pretty limited and doubt hotel will try to accommodate to meet your request. Breakfast in the restaurant at the eggs & coffee station is chaotic if you are there during the peak hours.
Tips - Get a room facing infinity pool if you could.
Room facing the Garden Pool is depressing as you can hear screaming kids all day long till 8pm.
Hope my next visit will be more fortunate with at least a conducive view. After all beach resort Vacay supposed to be a relaxing one.
Boss Legian Hotel in Legian, Bali, is a hidden gem for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience. This hotel stands out as one of the best budget options in the area, offering exceptional service that goes above and beyond. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of Boss Legian Hotel is its prime location—just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach. This makes it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever you please. But the real showstopper is the rooftop pool, which offers a stunning sea view. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery.
Overall, Boss Legian Hotel provides excellent value for money, combining affordability with quality service and amenities. It's an ideal choice for travelers looking to experience the best of Legian without breaking the bank.
The hotel is very hip and modern. The infinity pool is the one i like the most in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Its located in the best location in kuta of which next to the beaches and only 5-10 mins walk to the kuta beach walk shopping center. The only draw back in this hotel is the gym equipment not enough. Others are perfect . Will definitely stay again.

Great
AAnonymous Userthe villa is indeed beautiful, however i would not recommend staying here if you are coming with elderly and young children. the floor throughout the entire villa is very slippery and you always have to walk with caution. altho they did clean up the room, there were huge spiders that fell off from the ceiling on our first night. it was horrifying and i had a bad fall from that. the staff was helpful, he came in to catch the spiders. however i am extremely traumatized by this incident.
VVHPleasant stay that feels too short. It is near many food shops, so buying food is convenient. The kids enjoy the plunge pool as it is longer than others. Breakfast selection is also good. They can also arrange massage at your own villa if you wish. It was fully booked so we couldnt get late check out although we checked in late. Basically at 11:30 they remind us that check-out is at 12. A bit feel we were driven away, but understandable.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly and the interior of the room is nice. Although I don't know why there is an odd smell occasionally, but overall it is quite comfortable. The location is very good in the Kuta area. The beach is next door and can be reached within walking distance.
NNozzaThis hotel is very nice and scenic. It has a very nice ambience and setting. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The hotel is based in a quiet area of Legian and a cheap affordable food court is located nearby.

TTravelbug247Comfy beds and nice and quiet. Not social but personally wasn’t looking for that. Water refills are good but unfortunately on the floor I was on there was no toilet so it was a little inconvenient
ZZozo AngeloTrès bruyant , et cher pour passer une nuit à entendre les moteurs de voitures et motos faire vibrer toute la chambre...
Personnel très sympathique par contre
