🌟 5/5 – An Unforgettable Stay at Hard Rock Bali 🌟 From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness. Throughout our stay, I felt truly cared for — nothing was too much trouble, and the warmth of the team made the experience so special. The kids club was a lifesaver for me as a single mother — my daughter had endless fun, and I could relax knowing she was in safe, happy hands. The swimming pools were fantastic for both children and adults, with a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. I also indulged in the Rock Spa, which was a rejuvenating treat, and the gym facilities were top-notch for keeping up my fitness routine. Yes, the stay is on the pricier side, but for families — especially those with children — it’s worth every cent for the comfort, safety, and joy it brings. I left feeling recharged, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Hard Rock Bali, for giving me the rare gift of me time while my daughter had the time of her life!

It was a short overnight stay for us as we are transiting. Location is very near the airport but is still a 15-20mins via taxi depending on the traffic. While there is nothing much outside the hotel area, the hotel itself is pretty self-sufficient and I would not have minded staying there for a couple of days to chill. Spa price was reasonable but unfortunately I did not have the chance to try due to its standardized operating hour. Calling Grab was easy and wifi is strong. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

One of the best vacation beach hotels I experienced. Room was spacious, clean, with safety box and balcony... The swimming pool was great - sun tanning/ protection lotion provided - subject to availability 😀 The hotel was just some 100 metres to the beach, walkable distance to Beachwalk shopping mall, Waterbom, and there were many restaurants, bars, and massage around. Round the corner was the busiest district with shopping, eating, or just walking😄 What impressed me the most was, every single servicing staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again! ** there was a very cheap laundry shop in the hallway to the hotel. 😃

Great location close to the airport for your first or last night in Bali if in transit to somewhere like Ubud. Easy stroll down to Jerman Beach to catch that quintessential Bali sunset. Plenty of warungs to stop on the way back to the hotel to get a cheap eat. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly. A very good selection for the included breakfast. The only slight downside is that the AC in our room struggled to really cool tithe room down.

Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was. Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room. Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours. Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates. Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day. Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great.

It’s a little difficult to find, but basically after exiting customs, turn left and keep walking straight and there will be some signs. Good for early morning departures or late night arrivals if you want to relax after a long flight before exploring.

This was a pretty average hotel. Many amenities were dated. I booked the pool access hotel but the private pool went up to my knees, which was a little disappointing. Check in was a bit annoying because we arrived a few minutes before 3pm, and the front desk told me we would need to wait 5-10mins for our room. This was fine but we waited over 20 minutes and had to go up to the front desk again to ask if our rooms were ready before they gave us our room keys. The breakfast was good though! There was a very large selection and a nice view from the rooftop.

both of our rooms had smoke smell during the night even though we have opted for non-smoking rooms. the smell was quite unpleasant to sleep in. otherwise, the accommodation had the listed amenities.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and I have to say it surpased my expectations. The swimming pool is actually big and nice, and the gym has all the basics. I found it easy to get to all the happening places around Kuta Beach and I can def recommend this place if you want to stay in this area for a couple of nights.

So lively yet so annoying at the same time. This area is so busy - and the beach is just crazy! There are way too many people harassing you to buy things and pay for a chair to sit on. As for the hotel though, it’s simple and clean. This room was a bit dark. It had a lovely small terrace but very little light coming in. I enjoyed the big comfy chair most. The bed is comfy and the food is really good. The breakfast buffet is actually quite amazing! An abundance of delicious options from tacos and pasta to baked goods, fresh Eggs Benedict and a chocolate fountain. I mean I seriously gained 5 lbs in 3 days. Pool is nice. Gym is great. It’s good for a short stay.
