I stayed on a hot Monday night and it has no air con so the big floor standing fan was a must. However the amazing customer service from Mia on reception made everything seem great. If there’s an award for employee of the year she deserves it. So friendly and just what I needed after a 5 hour journey. Everyone needs a Mia 😊

The staff were polite and helpful. The room and other facilities were good, clean and all working. The food (breakfast and dinner) at the associated Beefeater restaurant was great, again the staff were extremely helpful. All in all, we had a delightful stay.

One of my favourite Premier inns and we’ve been to a few. Lovely friendly staff, great location, comfortable clean room and a great beefeater next door. We used this one as it’s extremely close to the NEC, only 10 minutes away. Would definitely use again.

My family and I stayed here in 2 rooms prior to our flight from Birmingham airport which is a 10min drive away. Easy to find, plenty of free parking and friendly staff. Typical Premier Inn decor and style, no complaints about room on the ground floor. Our room on the 1st floor appeared somewhat dark and dingy within the eves of the roof of the building ! Slightly disappointed that the breakfast at the Beefeater next door wasn’t buffet/help yourself style and it was order what you want at the table. Credit to staff who did say several times we could order as much as wanted. We would not hesitate to stay here again if flying from the airport ✈️

Selected this Premier Inn due to location near the NEC. It was a great location and easy to travel to the NEC from here. The receptionist was very friendly and we selected to have the meal deal with the beefeater next door. The service there was friendly too and the meal deal was great value for money. The stay was like a home from home. Would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Checking in was super easy and the staff were welcoming. Great that there is a Sainsbury's so close to get food. Bathroom bins were not changed and there was a stain on the bedding. Room was provided with a big fan and 2 heaters which was lovely.

Headed here late at night after a bad experience elsewhere & really appreciated the friendly welcome at reception. I was offered a complementary breakfast which was a lovely touch after a not so great evening - as a young female I don’t always feel comfortable travelling for work, but my experience here has really improved my trip & it feels like a welcoming, safe place to stay. Big thank you to Ricky for the hospitality!

Very comfortable bed and clean, quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Apparently adequate parking (although I had no car). Good breakfast with excellent vegetarian options in Beefeater next door and very good service. As I had a heavy case, an elevator would have been appreciated as my room was on the first floor.
