"Driving from Leye County to Bama, I chose the Huayu Birds Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Overall, my stay was a pleasant surprise, with some minor drawbacks. First, let me praise the location; it was a truly wise choice. The hotel is right next to the Panyang River, making morning and evening strolls along the riverside incredibly pleasant, the air filled with the refreshing aroma of moisture. It's also close to Bainiao Rock, just a ten-minute drive away, eliminating the need for early morning rushes. This was perfect for those of us who enjoy a leisurely and relaxing stay. The room was also quite pleasant. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful, reaching a maximum of 16 degrees Celsius, which was perfect for sleeping with a thin blanket on at night—a welcome relief in Bama's humid and hot weather. My biggest favorite was the mattress; it had just the right firmness, unlike some hotels' soft mattresses, which can cause back pain. It was incredibly comfortable for someone of our age. However, I have to mention a few details. On check-in night, when I lifted the covers, I noticed a noticeable stain on the pillowcase, which was quite disturbing. Fortunately, the guy on duty that night was very friendly and promptly replaced the pillowcase after I called him. It was handled promptly. The shower head and washbasin in the shower room are not very user-friendly for tall people. I'm 5'8" and have to bend over to reach the shower head when showering. Bending over to wash my face is also a struggle, and I'm always worried about hitting my head. If the height of these facilities could be adjusted, the experience would be much better. Overall, the hotel's location and basic amenities are quite suitable for those visiting Bama. A little more attention to hygiene details and the adaptability of the amenities would make it even better."

Shouxiang Hotel

"The room facilities and surrounding convenience were not as good as advertised. The front desk staff were unprofessional; when asked about nearby restaurants or local specialties in Bama County, they were clueless, unwilling to speak, and claimed to be locals. I hope the hotel can improve the overall quality of its front desk staff through training; they should at least possess basic knowledge and skills."

Echarm Hotel (Hechi Bama)

"The room is clean and hygienic, with soft and hard pillows. There is always one that suits you. The surrounding is quiet and convenient for travel. It is opposite the bus terminal. Bama County is very big and very nice. The road to Poyue is about to be repaired. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip."

Vienna International Hotel (Bama)

"The room had the typical, standardized decor of a chain hotel and wasn't very spacious. A nice perk was that our stay included a complimentary ticket to the swimming pool located behind the hotel, which made the kids very happy. The hotel breakfast was a bit simple. It's conveniently located not far from Bama's Bǎiniǎoyán and Bǎimó Dòng, only about a half-hour drive away."

"The hotel performed exceptionally well in all aspects, with attentive and thoughtful service that made me feel very warm and welcome. The cleaning was meticulous and thorough, leaving every corner spotless. The hotel environment was elegant and tranquil, allowing for complete relaxation. The facilities were comprehensive, practical, and well-maintained. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again next time."

Yeste Hotel (Bama Bus Terminal)

"It is very close to the Bama Passenger Terminal and the bus station. It is very convenient to take the bus to Baimo Cave and Bainiao Rock. It is also convenient to eat and have foot massages in the surrounding area. The hotel rooms are fully equipped and can do self-service laundry (the drying function is not available). Disadvantages: The toiletries are not very easy to use. The glass door of the shower room is not sealed and the bath water will leak out. However, there is crazy water accumulation in the bathroom. The overall service is very good. The front desk provided disposable slippers, disposable face towels, free red dates and wolfberry tea, and gave me three breakfasts. There are many types of breakfast, including fruits. The price/performance ratio is much better than hotels in Guiyang. After all, there are really few tourists in Bama."
