"Hygiene: The third of the four pillows was rotten. I was stunned. I didn’t want to go any further to communicate and let it go. It’s a custom in Malays that there are no shoes after entering the door, so there are no slippers inside. very slippery so be careful
Excluding the reason of the pillow, the space is enough, the towels will not be as thick as domestic ones, and they can be used for improvisation
Environment: On the seventh floor of the shopping mall, the room type with M is to enter the door and climb one floor."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The standard room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I was especially impressed with the overall service quality – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. It’s conveniently located too, which made getting around quite easy.
I’m completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is generally great. We stayed for 2 nights here. The pool is marvellous and the family had a lot of fun.
There is a pond with beautiful fishes.
Some things to improve:
1. The tv was not functioning the first time we entered the room. Had to call for room service and wait for them to come.
2. The hotel charges RM5+ for another towel in the room. Been to plenty other hotels, we were never charged for that.
3. There are no indoor slippers."

"What was supposed to be a one-day family trip turned into a two-night stay! Just two hours after checking in, my family decided to extend our stay because the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We booked through Trip.com, which offered the most affordable rate compared to other platforms. The service at Tenera Hotel is truly excellent—friendly staff and smooth check-in made the experience even better.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for both short and extended stays. The only minor downside is the parking—if the free spots are full, you'll need to pay RM5 per entry per day. Still, it's a small price to pay for such a great stay!"

GGuest UserThe room is extremely small. I had a room with no window. The bathroom is elevated one step higher, which is a bit unusual. Definitely not OKU-friendly because u need to climb the stairs to go up to the rooms and to step up a fairly high stair to get into the bathroom. Amenities ok for a budget hotel but no shower cap or toothbrush provided. I only stay for a night there. The hotel is next to the Family Mart store and Menate steak house Bangi.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel a night for an interview in Putrajaya. The services was okay, the worker, the room and so on. But I think the estimated time from this hotel to Putrajaya slightly off. You have to add up around 14 minutes (estimated time) + 10 minutes more (traffic). But still if you wanted to stay around this area. It is good though. It is near to kedai makan, dobi, Bulan Bintang, Elrah, McD and so on.
