The Youniq Hotel, KLIA T1, KLIA T2

Stay a nite coz flight was early morning. There were few coachroaches in toilet & room wall. Should check pest control time to time. Room & toilet was tidy.

I wish they told me in advance about the lady with a disturbing behavior who kept on bothering me about borrowing my phone and using my charger. They already know she was disruptive but did not bother to tell me. So the second night of my stay was scary and I could not get a decent sleep because I was afraid this lady will do something. I had to leave early, groggy and unrested, because I was uncomfortable. Otherwise, this stay would have been comfortable. The cleaning staff are actually very nice. But the morning shift reception staff should do be a better job. There is a modest convenience store around the area. Grab Car to the airport ranges between RM 30 and RM 35. The hotel can arrange a vehicle for you though at RM 20 for one person. Using the laundry and dryer is free. Just buy detergent. Will I stay here next time? No, because of my scary experience. Not worth the stress.
