Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast

- Check in lobby only had fans and not air-conditioned. Slow check in lead to long queue hence perspiring while queuing. Not expecting it but heavily pregnant guest have no priority queue as well. - my room was so far from the lobby & parking. Very far. About 8-10 minutes walk. So inconvenient as well. Not sure why I did not see much review about this. - A few ants in toilet, pantry and table area. Dropped few sweet drink on the sink, clean and wiped but still more ants came. Not sure where it came from. - initially booked 2 days but cancelled 1 night 2 weeks before the actual date but Hard Rock wasn’t aware of this arrangement from Trip. Had to wait quite awhile to check out and can’t do echeckout. - buffet was ok ok only. Not much food. - won’t come back here again due to sore legs walking as our room was too far, ants make us scratch here and there. Lol. - the only compliment i would give is the malay buggy driver who saw me not knowing where to queue for the buggy. He stopped awhile just to inform me he will pick me up next after he send the rest behind. He kept apologizing for making me wait long but honestly its not about how long, its about how he initiated to stop awhile when he had passengers on the buggy just to inform me to wait awhile. Probably cause he saw me pregnant and i’m with a toddler. Kuddos to you Pakcik! Well done 👍🏼

The Service was great. the food was not well prepared. the spa is to costly, 

Clean and nice room, especially the bathroom area! Would be nicer if the room comes with a bathtub.
