Hotel remains clean and well organised. The staff service level has improved a lot compared to years ago.

Great Stay for Family Getaway! I booked this stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast for my boss and his family and friends for a short 2D1N trip. They had a wonderful time! The hotel is conveniently connected to the Adventure Waterpark, which made it really easy and fun for the kids and adults alike.
The facilities were well-maintained, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The overall service was smooth, and the location is ideal for a relaxing family break. Would definitely recommend for anyone planning a quick and fun escape with loved ones!

Great rooms but slightly pricey, would recommend only if going waterpark. Beach can be accessed by walking across to the back of Westin. Fill up your bottles at lift lobby, the water dispenser in room is abit cloudy.
