First time stayed at this hotel with family for 2 nights. Service not doubt is absolutely fantastic and breakfast is good. Some points that the hotel can further improve, facilities like gym and hair dryer also canopy between building as you can get wet to the gym area if it’s raining. The car park is totally not for the first timer driver 😆

酒店風格有些歷史感、也有地方特色、文化氣息。空中泳池愜意，水有些涼沒下去。退房忘記手錶在房間，跟攜程客服説了下，回來取行李，前台已包好等着我^_^ 順便一提，酒店對面的steak house牛扒很贊且不貴。

We had a very pleasant stay as a family. Services were excellent, everyone was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very strategic as the hotel is situated at the heart of Dago with many famous restaurants/shops/cafes nearby. The room, gym and facilities were clean and equipped with good amenities. Variety of foods was provided at breakfast. The only downside I experienced was the swimming pool water that wasn’t very clean.

Nice room, humble staff, good food, tidy & clean room, well maintain property.

Hotelnya enak, dan bersih sekali. Kamar mandi sangat bersih. Ac dan wifi oke..menu breakfast nya pun enak dan lengkap sekali. Staff nya pun ramah ramah..

반둥 시내에 있어서 교통이 편리합니다. 2인 1실에 extra bed 요청하여 3명이(친구와 함께) 사용했습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 영어로 의사소통되어 불편함이 없었습니다. 시설이 전체적으로 깨끗하고 침대도 편안합니다. 룸은 넓지 않은 편이어서 한국의 레지던스호텔과 비슷하거나 조금 작은편입니다. 조식도 만족하였습니다. trip.com으로 예약했는데 가성비가 좋다고 생각합니다. 호텔에 감사드리고 추천합니다.
