Hotel ok, sempat takut karena bbrp review mengatakan kotor. Overal ok aja, ranjang nyaman, linen bukan standart bintang 4/5. Breakfast Ok. Lokasi nyaman. Semua ok aja, di kamar tdk ada kulkas ya

Location is superb, close to sari2,bolen lilit, house of smith, drunk baker etc

We chose this hotel since it provides triple room and its strategic location. Unfortunately, the lighting in the bedroom was poor. The bedsheet was less clean than we expected. We got 1 bath towel with dirty stain. It was changed upon our request. We did not use the bolster, as we were not comfortable with its quality and cover. Although the parking lot was limited, luckily we got the space during 2-night weekday stay.

The hotel placed in a very strategic location! I stayed with one of my friend and we requested for a Smoking & High Floor room. When we first came to the lobby, it was quite crowded with family guest and we waited at the couch in the lobby. Because the lobby and the coffee shop merged together, the lobby is full of people. Our room is placed at the corner, just side to side with the Housekeeping pantry. It took a while for us to search for our room due to our room is covered by the Housekeeping trolley. I can not blame Housekeeping for putting the trolley just across our door room but maybe the room configuration would be better manage by the Hotel. When we got out from the room at 5PM, there was pile of dirty towels in front of our room and the pantry is closed with no one inside. Also for the defect inside the room, our AC is making loud noises with no cold air. We had to call for Engineering to fix it while we are out. The door lamp also went off but we did not realize until night. There is so much spots on our pillow cases, bed cover and sheets. Breakfast quality is average. I wish there is more option for Beverages. For the service, I believe that the reception is pretty informative and responsive.
