Although the property is good, I had one of my worst experiences at Silver Woods. Service is pathetic, the room was allotted almost 2 hours since we reached the property (which was almost 3-4 hours post check-in time) and they were totally unapologetic about it...no maintenance of rooms, linen was not washed properly, pool water was not clean, food (buffet breakfast and dinner) were hopeless with not much options..lot of mosquitoes and some wild flies in the room during night..it was almost a nightmarish experience..would never recommend this property
