I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Bommasandra, Bangalore, and was quite disappointed with the overall experience—especially considering that I am an IHG Diamond Elite member. Despite being a loyal guest, my stay was uncomfortable due to unresolved basic issues. The air conditioning in my room (Room No. 202) was not working overnight, and repeated complaints to the staff went unanswered. Additionally, there was ongoing water leakage in the room, which made the stay even more unpleasant. The lack of responsiveness and poor room maintenance were surprising and unacceptable from a reputed brand like Holiday Inn. I have also attached photographs to show the actual condition of the room. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves service standards. As a frequent traveler, this was certainly not the level of quality or hospitality I expected.
