Small room but clean, the staffs are helpful and friendly. Will continue to stay with them on my next visit to Bangalore. Breakfast spread is okay with me.

I didn’t see food service in room I have order food but when i open I’m shocked because all food cool and roti is so hard I didn’t see in my life roti like this Please try to serve hot food

Currently staying at Holiday Inn Express and it’s been a great experience so far. The staff have been really kind and attentive—especially Mr Sagar, who’s been very polite and helpful throughout and served great dinner buffets.Really appreciate the warm hospitality!

Property is new. Rooms are very small. There is no closet, working desk, space to keep large suitcase. Toilet is divided into three parts. Wash basin inside room beside bed. Food options are very limited. Not worth the money spend.

The stay was poor. Due to its proximity to the highway, traffic noise was constant throughout the night, which affected sleep quality. The front desk staff did not proactively offer quieter rooms away from the main road, which would have helped. On a positive note, housekeeping was efficient and attentive. The management should seriously consider soundproofing measures to enhance guest comfort.

There was no support at the time of arrival.even though receptionist had not assigned any one to put luggage at room .no number of reception or other in room card.food provided out side oh hotel in tiffins

Might be a 150 square ft property. Don’t have a table inside the room nor a chair. Air leakages in toilets , Terrible Food . Not advisable for business travellers

Fantastic service, great food, and amazing staff. Great choice for a hotel with very professional staff. The food is hot and immediately replaced once empty without delay. Any requirements in the room are fulfilled without second guessing and the staff are transparent about charges. Can extend stay with a price lock despite fluctuating prices.

i understand it is an express by holiday inn but the rooms are very compact, don't get fooled by the picture read the size of the apartment,no smoking zone in the premises.. food was pathetic
