Large rooms. Simple set up. Elegant. Great location. Bfast location on the top floor is super. Overall nice touch.

The hotel was cozy and the stay was comfortable overall. However, the door key was a major inconvenience. I often got stuck outside my room and had to call the reception multiple times. They advised me not to keep the key near electronic devices, which I followed, but the issue still persisted. Once, I even had to wait outside for 10 minutes. At first, I thought I was using it incorrectly, but when I tried the same key on my friend’s room, it worked instantly — clearly, the issue was with the lock itself. Please look into this. At the restaurant, Murali was truly amazing — he took great care of us. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for some of the other staff, who didn’t seem very attentive. Maybe it's because other guests were prioritized. It felt like we weren’t given the same attention, possibly because our stay was sponsored by our company. The baggage handler (Anna) was also very helpful and kind. Aside from these issues, the stay was pleasant and I felt comfortable.

Yeah.. It was great to stay at magrath.. The service was exceptional. I especially want to express my sincere gratitude to some of the selective staffs: 1. Murali (restaurant) 2. Luggage anna 3. Receptionists 4. House keeping They were all good and friendly. They assisted us in any way possible. Overall, It was a great experience to stay there

I am always travailing to Bangalore and this was the first experience was to stay at grand Magrath. It was a Delightful stay at this centrally located hotel. Rooms are well maintained, toilets are clean and hygienic. There were many corporate events in the hotel and was quite rush during the day. The room dining service was quick and food quality was fine. However, I enjoyed the roof top restaurant where I had my breakfast. Amicable and friendly staff, have good number of banquet rooms, a beautiful roof top with swimming pool. Must visit.

Great place Cooperative staff. Excellent food Clean swimming pool Clam and relaxing environment. Please is very clam inspite being in the centre place of Bengaluru. Garuda Mall and Decathlon showroom are walkable distance from this place.
