The front desk team member Purnima was very welcoming and closed the process in not more than 5 mins. On knowing that we had to check out early @ 4 AM To catch a flight , she made special effort to arrange breakfast boxes for us @ 3.30 AM... The room was superb and staff of each and every department , In room dining , Housekeeping etc were very nice and prompt in fulfilling our requirements.. Amar from housekeeping was also very proactive and prompt to help us with a couple of our requirements...

Staffs (reception(pornima), housekeeping(gouramma), cafe are courteous and attentive. Keep up the good work!!! Points for improvement Pickup and drop facility is also provided for some companies which can be imporved further. Can reduce the wait time for vehicles.

Our stay was made pleasant with having our meals delivered in the room and breakfast being sumptuous. Vishal was very helpful all through, very good suggestions, friendly, always eager to attend to our needs, would highly recommend

Brilliant stay.. Beautiful suite room, newly refurbished. Front desk staff always amaze you with the instant support they provide. Thanks to the excellent, housekeepers, Gouramma and Annamandal took care of all the minutest needs.

Mousumi, Pampa and Rajendran are predominantly perfect in their job/service. Very humble to their guests. The hotel has been renovated at it's best. Kudos to the interior designer and the team. Thanks to Nithin as always!

Rajanesh and Pampa were amazing. The rooms were cleaned to perfection. I would definitely stay here again due to their amazing care. I am from US and very fussy, they exceeded all of my expectations! Great experience

Very neet and clean rooms, the house keeping staff are very well mannered and making effort to make these room an enjoyable experience for visitors. Annamandal and Gawramma are two staff who doea thier work very sincerely.

Housekeeping Service was very good and maintain cleanness very well. Having good room service and provide pleasent stay. Rajendra and Mousami help me to stay in cleanly stay. Location wise is well connected. Food is average.
