This was my first solo trip, so I wanted to book a hotel that felt safe for a woman traveling alone — and I’m glad I chose this place. Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel is quite new, which I really liked. However, since it's not fully completed yet, there was still some dust from the construction site. The location is a bit outside the city center, so transportation costs were higher, but it was still worth it for the comfort and safety. I especially appreciated the separate shower and toilet areas — it’s a thoughtful design, especially convenient for two people staying together. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel is new and clean, with a comfortable and modern design. However, I encountered an issue with my room’s toilet — water would not drain properly and remained pooled on the floor, making it uncomfortable to walk in, especially with the cold water. I reported this to the front desk, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved during my two-night stay. Additionally, while the staff were polite, their level of communication and professionalism did not match that of other highly-rated hotels. There is definitely room for improvement in service and maintenance response.

This hotel is still on the soft opening running process. All the services are not fully 100% served yet. Even so, they do a really good job ! The room is stunning cleaned, the staff is really helpful and friendly. Its location is good , and it has 7-11 , foodland, and BigC in the walking distance. Not mention the bed and pillows that are very soft and made me a really night sleep. I feel very comfortable staying here. Moreover, I am impressed with the service. It was raining so hard on the first night i stayed , i asked for renting an umbrella, but it was not available as they already gave to all other guests. 1 male staff member in the evening shift (can not remember the name) offered me his own personal umbrella to borrow. That impressed me a lot for the high level of serviced mind and kindness. Highly recommended to dtay in this hotel in the promotion price.

Such a brand new hotel with everything you needed. Great staffs, wonderful facilities even not yet open. The counters are professional and warm welcoming us. I love the stay, just.... Very very far from Siam which I worked there. Hehe. I'll love to be back
