Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel and appreciate the friendly service and clean environment. The location is great—right next to a McDonald's, BTS National Stadium, and even a massage place, which was super convenient. We stayed in a family room located at the corner of the building, and it was very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was simple but offered a good variety, with some new dishes introduced each day. That said, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved, especially for families with young children: 1. Some of the hotel facilities aren't very child-friendly. For example, the basin and shower head are positioned quite high, making them hard for young kids to use. A small stool in the room would help a lot. 2. At the breakfast area, the mix of low and high tables/chairs wasn't the most comfortable. Some stools had no back support, which made sitting for longer meals a bit uncomfortable. Regular-height tables and chairs with backrests would be more practical. 3. At reception, it would be helpful to have an express checkout option—like a drop box for room cards—so guests don’t have to queue with those checking in, especially during busy periods. Thank you for the overall great stay! We enjoyed our time and look forward to seeing these small improvements on our next visit.

Very small rooms and no variety for vegetarian bathrooms small

酒店迎賓前台熱情，grab一到達靚仔就主動拿行李開門。早餐還可以，門口就有麥當勞連通。房間空調有點吵，客房走廊燈光比較刺眼。
