I had a pleasant stay at Bangkok City Link Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The hotel provided a good base for exploring the city. Overall, a great experience and good value for the price!

We are staying here just for 1 night to transit to Pattaya. But everything walking distance and easy to go to ratcaprarop station and shopping area pratunam..

Great location. Very near to Ratchaprarop station. There are food restaurant, 7-11,laundry shop nearby. Highly recommended.

Location quite ok , staff is not much good as you go thailand mostly their hospitality is good but this one is so so and quite rude sometimes . I know I do some mistake but just talk to me in the good mood tone to make me sacrifices to your service. No breakfast with a high price also a big thing to consider as you are foreigner it is hard to find the breakfast in thai especially u are morning person.

Best hotel I ever stayed on a budget. Mind you, it might be too good to be true but this hotel will exceed anyone's expectation for the price. Very convenient, walking distance to MRT, Platinum Mall, Big C, Central World and any other tourist destination in Pratunam. The location of the hotel is inside of a village which makes it relaxing to stay after a long day in busy areas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I love soaking in the jacuzzi with warm water to relax my body. The staffs are caring and accommodating. They have coffee machine, microwave oven and free cookies at the lobby for free. Highly recommended 👏

The hotel is nice, the facilities are quite new. The location is close to bus stop and Sky train, which is very convenient. However, the only negative is the lack of wardrobe; just a few hangers are available

We like the free flow coffee provided and the beautiful dining corner in the lobby. My family enjoy eating and having coffee there. Location is good. Near to 7e, platunam , central world. There's a laundry shop nearby which provides good service. The big bathtub is great. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel's location near Ratchaprarop ARL station, although advertised as a 15-20 minute walk to Phaya Thai BTS or Victory Monument, proved a bit far for us, especially traveling with an elderly person. We ended up walking most places, which was convenient for exploring Pratunam, CentralWorld, and Big C – particularly for late-night outings. The area felt safe and clean (though a little dusty). However, the room amenities were somewhat lacking: slippers and toothbrushes weren't provided, and we needed extra hangers. Thankfully i came all prepared. I’d suggest the hotel to provide proper teaspoon instead of the flimsy stirrer, it would be a better improvement for guest to make their hot drinks. One pillow wasn't enough for comfortable sleeping, but I did enjoy the bathtub! There's also a 200 baht cash deposit, FYI. But the staff were all very nice. They also have a coffee maker in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Overall, I wouldn't mind booking this hotel again because it's really affordable. Good morning view because I see a cat sunbathing everyday on the neighbourhood zinc roof.

Everything is Ok only one thing no good The bathroom didn’t have hot water

Great location near Pratunam Night market and ARL, So its easy to commute to places. However, we found that the room is not soundproof, we could even hear the shower from the next room and the sound of car & train passing by, Also the room had low water pressure and there was the stain on our bedsheet one day, but Overall it was a good stay

Everything are perfect for us. No issue like I read the comment before my stay.For me, there is No hot water issue, No ants in the room issue, No front desk reception rude issue, No lift issue. The bed are soft. 1 pillow for each bed is ok for me. The location near to the Airport Rail Link Ratchaprarop, thai massage, 7-11, stall/ restaurant available nearby.

Strategic location, 4km to Pratunam Market. Room is clean neat & the mattress is really comfortable. There is self service laundry / beauty parlor / 7E beside the hotel which make it super convenience. Not forgot to mention this hotel provides free flow coffee and receptionist is friendly. Building located bit insight from main road hence it is noisy free. Recommended!!

Overall okay, the bed is soft but only have one pillow for one bed. Have bath tub but together with shower , so you have to stand inside the bath tub and bath. Which a bit dangerous for older. Tv is normal tv not smart tv, cannot connect with YouTube . Table have ant I don’t know why . Walking distance to platinum mall is about 20-25 minutes , 7-11 walking distance 6 minutes . Opposite have a food stall also. The best part is they have a weight scale at lobby.
