職員是友善但衛生環境就真的很無語…..
入住當天發現房間還可以,但第二天進房的時候,發現地下有一包已開的餅乾,之後發現另一盒餅乾有比動物咬過的痕跡,於是我們立即到reception要求換房。
當天職員告知我們飯店沒有其他房間,在我們強烈的要求之下,職員跟我們上房檢查。就當我們進房準備開燈的時候,直接看到有一隻老鼠衝向洗手間方向逃走。
職員有再進房檢查,但老鼠已逃走。其後職員說可以安排我們住進另外一間房間,但我們已對該飯店失去信心,因此決定即日搬走並要求退回餘下的3晚房租。當時職員跟我們說他會回報給經理知並也要求我們向飯店平台反映。
最後經過Trip.com申訴等了四天後,飯店方拒絕我們的退款申請,原因是因為對方已提出可以轉換房間給我們,但我們拒絕所以不接受我們的退款申請。🙂
The staff were friendly, but the hygiene was truly speechless...
On the day of check-in, the room seemed okay, but when we entered the room on the second day, we found an opened package of cookies on the floor. Later, we discovered another box of cookies with what appeared to be animal bites. We immediately went to reception to request a room change. The staff informed us that there were no other rooms available. After our strong insistence, the staff went up to the room with us to inspect. As we entered the room and prepared to turn on the light, we directly saw a rat running towards the bathroom.
The staff checked the room again, but the rat had already escaped. Afterwards, the staff said they could arrange for us to stay in another room, but we had already lost confidence in the hotel, so we decided to move out immediately and requested a refund for the remaining 3 nights. At that time, the staff told us that they would report it to the manager and also asked us to report it to the hotel platform.
Finally, after waiting four days after appealing through Trip.com, the hotel refused our refund request, because they had offered to change rooms for us, but we refused, so they would not accept our refund request. 🙂
