hotel is not properly maintained despite the upgrades they did. Floor is so moisture and has lingering musty smell. it's clean but needs thorough overhaul. Staff in the breakfast resto needs training. Was constantly interrupting me while I was talking. I initially was ready to let go of the almost empty buffet table when I have particularly asked if the trays will be refilled (before I paid for a buffet breakfast), and I was told yes. (This was 930am, when I have even called before going down if until what time is the breakfast served and was advised 1030 by the operator). However when I only asked for at least fruits, I was told they cant cuz not only it is finished also breakfast is over. When I asked why 5mins ago he didnt tell.me and even asked me to pay first to reception before serving myself, (which i did), only to learn i can only have eggs and coffee (not cappuccino cuz no.milk in thr machine! And when I said ok, I would have to raise this to the manager as I could have ordered room servi ce instead and still pay nonetheless, Anyway, the reception officer handled it way better, and was resolved with a refund.

Erg sfeervol mooi hotel. Goede service en hele fijne kamer met een groot bed. Ook het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd en vers. Zeker een aanrader.

Staff is very ******** they don’t know how to deal with customers unfriendly atmosphere I recommend all the people don’t stay at this property I m very upset to stay here and never come again this property
