Confirmation confirmed by Trip and all details emailed to me24 hours before check in. Arrive at hotel Firstly check in area poorly sigh posted. Lots of staff looking at screens but no one checking any one in. Sense of disorganisation abounds. Eventually get to check in and can not find booking! Show them Email proof and confirmation code still cannot find booking. Wait 20 mins for still cannot check in. Ask to speak to manager explain problem but di interested says I need to contact Trip.Contact customer services they re confirm booking but this all takes another 1 hour 30 mins. Worse service from a hotel in my life! Will never stay or book there again. Rooms of poor fixtures and fitting and very noisy.
