當時看評論和價位選擇，純粹為了CP值 地理位置差強人意，不是預期中的夜景 （當時搜尋是iconsiam附近） 飯店有歷史的痕跡了，連日的大雨後，河景也普通 孩子盥洗時才發現洗髮+沐浴乳沒補，造成不便 房務來協助後，房門也忘了順手帶上 評價沒法太好，只能說若有預算就選更高價的 另外也會想給飯店建議：毛巾別套塑膠袋 減塑才能用續

Second time to stay in this hotel. Great stay so far. Daily buffet breakfast is delicious with variety of choices. Room is very spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and easy to communicate. Location is not very near tourist attractions but is very accessible , just few minutes walk to ferry boat, bus station and train station

Прекрасный отель, большой удобный номер с видом на реку. В 5- ти минутной доступности от причала и метро. Тихий , чистый, нетуристический район. Рядом 7 eleven. Завтраки хорошие, к сожалению нет только кофемашины. Отель очень понравился, обязательно вернемся.

性價比極高的酒店，交通方便，早餐很豐富，房間數量很多。就在河邊。看起來裝修過，唯一不足就是床太小，而且睡起來不是很舒服。隨行的其他人都覺得好睡，因人而異。

一屋子蚊子，咬了一晚，嗡嗡嗡

房間大，站在陽台上直接欣賞湄南河景，早餐豐富。 網絡不太穩定，需要重複認證，房間隔音效果差一點。 性價比可以。

前台還提前給我們入住，服務不錯，設施老化，整體還算可以的。

Overall it's a really good hotel if it wasn't so out of the way from everything else. There is no public transport going to and from the hotel and you have to take Grab to get there. Other than that the convention ballroom was good. My event was held successfully.

飯店服務人員親切有禮貌，並會協助幫忙解決問題，房間設施稍舊，但是房間很大，而且住得也很舒服，早餐豐富， 以飯店價格和地點，若想找一天搭船遊河，不想花很多時間在交通上，這間飯店是很好的選擇。

Booked this hotel as it is within the event venue where my partner and I are attending. We have been here before and the service standards are good and comparable to our last visit. We are given a big spacious room with the scenic river view. The hotel is quite old, but they try their best to keep the amentities in the best condition possible. Towels and bedding could do with a refreshed set.

I upgraded to the Premium Riverview room with a King size bed. The room is very spacious and has a huge balcony overlooking the river. I liked the hardwood floor. There is only 2 pillows but should have 4. The 55inch Altron TV remote control does not respond all the time. International Cable channels are limited and with poor signal quality. The buffet breakfast has a good selection to choose from. They have a egg station where you can order eggs. Coffee is good.
