Very disappointed with the service standard. I don't recommend anyone to stay in the CLUB suites as service level are not up to standard.
My boyfriend and I thought we were going to have a great experience from the moment we stepped into the hotel, as this was my second time staying with them. But to our surprised during our registration, we have to drink our own mineral water from 7-Elven while waiting for the front desk to register us. We were not served with any welcome drinks even though we have booked the CLUB MILLESIME Luxury King Room. I thought it has become the standard practice by the hotel now, that they don't serve welcome drinks. And to our surprised when we were there for our afternoon lounge excess, another checked-in customer was served with welcome drinks and towel. - Lack in the service standard, for a 5 star Hotel.
That being said, the breakfast on Level 2 is as good as expected, the service level from the service staff in the restaurant is great. A good 1st day breakfast spread I have to say. But on the 2nd day, we thought to give the Executive Lounge breakfast a try, but due to the lack of service staff, we were not asked nor served with hot beverages, so we left after having our breakfast, going back to our room to drink our mineral water.
And I remembered that I was given a 2-piece complimentary laundry for my stay per day, but end of the day I was charged another B$376 for 2-pieces of tee-shirts, which the counter staff told me that mine are not pressed shirts, so they have to charge me! I didn't want to argue, but come to think of it what is the difference between 2 tee-shirts and 2 pressed shirts? Aren't both still laundry and in the limit of 2 pieces per night.
I was very disappointed with this type of service rendered, telling you one thing and charging you later because the laundry are tee-shirts.
