Overall, it was a good stay. Very convenient location. Room big and spacious and fully furnished. Breakfast selection was ok (perhaps too focused on the indian cuisine. Some more thai items or asian in general would have been better)

Hotel wad really good its my second time staying here but just the location is bit off but if you’re looking something quite its a right choice

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Bangkok. Zur BTS Station sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu laufen.

I like the hotel.

Plenty of space in the suite with balcony but it is a little dated. Can get better for less but it’s decent enough.

Superb location and very good pool and facilities. Perfect for a short stay in the city!

عليّ إيجاد مكان للإقامة بسبب زلزال بانكوك أمس. 1) حجزتُ فندق راديسون خاطئًا، لكنني لم أتمكن من التواصل مع trip.com لإلغاء الحجز، ولم أتمكن من التواصل مع أي شخص. 2) بمجرد وصولي إلى هذا الفندق، تبيّن أن الفندق لم يتلقَّ حجزي بعد، لكنني تلقيتُ التأكيد منذ ساعتين تقريبًا، لذا تواصل موظفو الاستقبال مع الموظف، واضطررتُ للانتظار وحصلتُ على الغرفة بحلول الساعة 8 مساءً. 3) كانت مياه حوض الاستحمام متسخة، لكنني ظننتُ أن مياه الدش والمغسلة أنظف، واكتشفتُ ذلك في صباح اليوم التالي بعد أن انتهيتُ من الاستحمام. 4) الإفطار؛ كانت الأطباق الرئيسية هندية ونباتية، بينما رأيتُ العديد من النزلاء غربيين، فليس كل النزلاء يستطيعون تناول الطعام الهندي، لذا تناولتُ في الغالب الخبز والخبز المحمص فقط. ٥) الغرفة والحمام واسعان، والغرفة هادئة، مع وجود بعض الضوضاء من النزلاء الآخرين عند الباب. **بذل موظفو الاستقبال قصارى جهدهم لتسهيل إجراءات تسجيل الوصول، لكن ما أزعجني هو رفض الموظف الذي رد على مكالمتي مساعدتي في إلغاء حجز خاطئ، حتى أنني كنتُ أرغب في تغيير حجزي إلى فندق "راديسون" آخر، وطلب مني التواصل مباشرةً مع الفندق، فاضطررتُ للمشي من فندق "راديسون بلو بلازا" إلى هذا الفرع، واكتشفتُ أن مكتب الاستقبال لديه وسيلة اتصال مباشرة بالموظف. كانت خدمة الغرف جيدة ومتاحة على مدار الساعة بأسعار مرتفعة. السبب الرئيسي لرغبتي في الإقامة في فرع آخر هو أن موقع هذا الفندق غير مناسب للنساء 🙁

Great hotel staff. Great managers. Breakfast buffet is excellent and fresh. Staff is very good. They have Tuk tuk to take you to local popular areas as well as pick you up. Great rooms. Nuce comfortable large beds. Pool and jacuzzi are very relaxing and have nice atmosphere. There’s a food bar at the pool as well.

A bit outdated, the rooms could benefit from some renovation but overall still a great place minutes away from public transport and buzzing Sukhumvit. Two "major" probkem: aircon in bedroom didn't work properly, the air was on the warm side with temperature set at 17 degrees. The walls are thin so you hear literally everything is happening outside and inside the other rooms. And the cracking and snapping of the wooden floor. If you get scared easily at night, maybe better off somewhere else. It does feel like someone is in the room or about to get in room. Not a nice feeling at 3am.
