Location, service and all staff are very very good. It was excellent choice to satay.

Hotel in excellent condition, clean and spacious, breakfast is super, with variety of food, juice, even provide delicious sushi, free side drinks total 16 cans per day, free access to Club at 52 th Floor, we will definitely come back again for the great breakfast and Club. It will be appreciated if the hotel can provide Chrome Cast function on TV, and provide to and from shuttle Tuk Tuk service throughout the day time, just as the free shuttle boat service provided by other hotel.

Hotel is outstanding always my go to hotel in Bangkok. The rooms are so spacious and the executive lounge is great value for money. And the Sky bar on the rooftop has amazing views.

we stayed at the tower club which meant we had a suite. it was a large room with free sodas and water and a nice view from the balcony. hot water pressure was good , though mattress was too hard for my preference. The gym is small and dated. breakfast buffet was very good though lacking AC so expect to sweat. Club lounge is good but not as good as Hilton or Hyatt and it closes at 6pm... too early. The sky bar is a complete rip off, I would go take photos and leave. we spent $27 for a non alcohol lemonade and $30 for a small glass of Rose... the attached restaurant has a tasting menu for $180 per person... we skipped that and ate some great Thai food somewhere else... Though our room was good. I will probably stay somewhere else in the future..

Fabulous staycation, excellent value for money too with the club lounge option. Great location Great service Nice little extras like the room turn down and chocolates left with a personal note from the manager. Great breaky

Had a wonderful experience at the Lebua Tower Club! We had a one night in Bangkok trip planned to attend a dinner and upon check in we were told the room we booked was too small for our family due to the age of the children. The hotel offered us an attractive rate to upgrade to as suite and we are glad we did! What an amazing space we had staying in the "Hangover 2 Suite" which was used for some of the movie scenes. The kids each had their own rooms and we had an excellent breakfast and lunch in the hotel. The lobby staff were very accommodating and helpful

Good location and good service although the facility in the room is a little bit old.

We love this hotel and have been staying there for years. The rooms may look a little dated but are still great.

Best hotel & sky bar in Bangkok that everyone should stay .

Since we’re the smokers, It was good to stay in a ‘Smoking room’. Even there are some smoking tables at the ‘Mozu restaurant’. There is no ’Washlet-toilet’ in a room, but we tried ‘Thailand-style Washlet’. It was OK. As a Japanese, it is nice to have a pair of room slippers and bathtub in a bathroom. All staffs are kind and polite, especially the music band at the Sirrocco bar. They were kindly accepted my request ‘The girl from Ipanema’. Then they played wonderfully. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. 従業員の方々がとても親切。
