Bangkok Pathum Wan 3-star Hotels

Very good location. The room was very spacious and comfortable. As luck would have it, we had several short-term power outages during our stay. When we ate at the restaurant on the 8th floor of the hotel, we paid in cash and had about 2 baht change, but the staff did not bring the change. Also, perhaps because there were few guests, there was a lot of private conversation, which did not make me feel good. The hotel stay itself was very nice. I would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Had a pleasant stay. While the hotel is a little dated, room is well-maintained and comfortable. One of the highlights was the free flow drink dispenser in the lobby. There’s different flavours each day, quite a thoughtful touch esp after a hot day out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and would consider staying here again!

The location is great, just near the BTS station. But the windows is not soundproof, is very noisy at night especially motorcycle ran in high speed at night, that’s the only complaint. All others are great, the hotel also provides earplugs but we are not use to wear one during sleep.

I was completely unable to contact the hotel in advance. No response via phone despite multiple attempts and email was bounced back because the address has changed. Very frustrating pre arrival experience. Upon arrival, the hotel is definitely not 3 star. Amenities said hair dryer available in room but there was none, so I came down to ask at 8am in the morning but no one was at front desk although it stated 24hrs FD. Frustrating again. Had to go out with wet hair and ask again when back in the evening, only to learn I had to pay a 300 baht deposit for one. Other than that no other basic amenities like toiletries, slippers, coffee/tea bags, spoons... were available in the room. There were literally 3 hangers. No sockets at the bed head. The only good feature might be the ample counter space. Also a deserted area with only big buildings around, the nearest convenience store/restaurants and train station is 10min walk.

Big and basic room. Amenities shower gels, drinking water, hot shower, no hair dryer and tv channel not working. Clean room for 1 night at pratunam area, beside big c, opposite pratunam mall. Good location.

In general, it was a very good experience. i take a 4 beds dorm. i was pretty satisfied with the bed, rather good size with curtain, individual power supply( it matters a lot for me), high ceiling, Ac so indispensable with the heat outside. Perfect location very close to Hua Lamphong train station. However, breakfast very poor even if the value for money is very good. At the same price, breakfast not included elsewhere.

Location is inside an alley, generally quite quiet. Short walking distance to National Stadium station, within walking distance to Siam area (walkable but slightly further for Central world and Big C). There's a 7 eleven just outside the alley and a bus stop (buses towards the Grand Palace, Platinum mall, Pratunum markets). Hotel wise is minimalistic, quite modern, clean and spacious, air conditioner works well.

The room is not very soundproof, the glass is very thin and has no soundproof effect. Light sleepers may need to wear earplugs. The hot water is a bit difficult to adjust. The slippers and toothbrushes were not changed during cleaning. You have to ask the front desk for them. The living room sink is a bit smelly because there is no drain pipe. The location is good. There are shopping malls, 7/11 convenience stores, massage restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to call a taxi. The front desk is friendly and smiling. This price is OK

The room is large but we were all outside, so we didn't have time to enjoy it. It's a pity that there is no swimming pool; there are laundry facilities available in the two room types. The only small drawback is that the room door lock system can be changed to a more modern electronic card and traditional key It does make people feel a little uneasy. In addition, the location of the apartment is a bit in an alley, so every time I take a taxi, I have to confirm with the driver for a long time. However, I have to give it a big thumbs up because there is a girl at the front desk of the hotel who is very enthusiastic because one of the wheels of my suitcase was broken on the first day I arrived in Thailand. I was told that it had to be repaired locally. The front desk staff assisted us in contacting us and after checking out and taking us to Hua Hin, she still called us and gave us a lot of help. In fact, regardless of the cleanliness, room size and safety, I will choose to stay here again next time!

I had the pleasure of staying for five nights, and the check-in process was seamless. The hotel’s location is ideal, surrounded by a wealth of convenient amenities, including a 7-Eleven store and a money changer just next door. Popular shopping destinations like CentralWorld, Big C Hypermarket, and Platinum Fashion Mall are all within walking distance via the skywalk. Additionally, the BTS Skytrain (Chit Lom Station) is nearby, offering easy access to key attractions and other parts of the city. The room was exceptionally clean, and while the shower space was somewhat limited, the water pressure was excellent. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks: the water pressure in the basin was very low, and the air-conditioning unit was somewhat noisy when switched on. A cockroach was also discovered in the wardrobe, which was an unpleasant experience. The hotel’s breakfast service, offered à la carte rather than buffet style, was delicious and flavorful. I would like to give special praise to a waitress, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but who communicated well in English. She was extremely attentive, polite, and always had a warm smile. She even kindly lent me a fruit knife and plates, bringing them directly to my room. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their service. I would like to commend Mr. Zai, who promptly delivered a tissue box and slippers to my room after I mentioned that no replacements had been made until my third day. I also want to acknowledge a female staff member, possibly Ms. Pen (though I’m not sure), who patiently provided me with a hand-drawn map and directions to the places I wanted to visit, in addition to giving me a directory and map. On my final day, Ms. Poo, the front desk staff on duty, was incredibly helpful in ensuring my transport to the airport was on schedule and even personally saw us off when the vehicle arrived. These thoughtful gestures made my stay truly enjoyable and welcoming. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit to Bangkok
