Is there more stars to give then just 5? This little gem is perfect! The hotel is newer but very well kept. We were welcomed by Tina and another lady (no nametag) with a smile and a warm welcome. To our surprise the room was already available, we arrived very early. Tina even gave us a choice of floor. Our Hilton Honors status was acknowledged and appreciated. We checked in and our room 313 was perfect for our family of 3. A small kitchenette, living room area and a bedroom with 2 beds. The bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. When you check in you see a small trophy hidden on the front desk acknowledging the GM Kimber Parker for GM of the year in 2023. I can tell you this prize is well deserved because she is good with her employees. I witnessed her interactions with emloyees inquiring about baseball season and family! Kimber runs a good ship! The pool is big and has lots of seating for those parents not wanting to get wet. The gym is super spacious and very well equipped. The gym even has yoga mats!!! Breakfast was very good too. Everything we needed to start the day. Another thing I really appreciated especially with the current heat was the water fountain in the hallway, easy to fill your waterbottle and stay hydrated. Every hotel should have a water fountain like that. Our check out was quick and easy. Again very friendly team all around. This hotel is performing on a 5 star luxury hotel level! If we ever travel through Bangor, ME again we know where we will stay.

Room/bathroom was clean. We had a king bed with a pullout. Beds were comfy. Room has midsize fridge which was nice to be able to put more drinks in. With lots of counter space , dishwasher and plates etc is a plus. When pullout bed is out it made it a tight squeeze to get to bathroom - at least in our room. Ice machines only on 2nd and 4th floors. Breakfast was more like a continental breakfast. Heidi at front desk was friendly and accommodating! We would stay again!

We stayed here for UMaine graduation. Nice room, nice price, nice staff. Highly recommend

We were surprised how small the room was it was very hard for a family to walk around or pass each other. The beds were extremely close to each other and hard. The sofa bed in the living room is the width of a childs bed just fyi. So it was shocking ive never seen that size of a sofa before. I think we would call it a love seat. The extra blankets in our room in the closet were open and the pillow shoved in a bin so clearly it had been used and not replaced. Other then these things the staff were very friendly and id stay here if i had to but prefer a normal size room and sofa bed for a family
