"Great hotel for our first family skiing holiday. We stayed half board and in the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was wonderful- but if you have fussy eaters you may struggle as there’s no chips and chicken nugget type options. The spa was brilliant and a welcome treat after a day of skiing. The whole hotel was really child friendly and welcoming. We will be returning."

"Excellent choice in Bankso! We came on a whim for a summer weekend and could not have been happier with our choice! The whole facility is clean, well kept, the staff are so kind and friendly. The owner is a lovely woman who provides exceptional customer service, it’s no wonder the hotel is full year-round! Breakfast is well provided and the room service was delicious, they obviously take great pride in their offerings. One small note - this is primarily a winter destination so there was an AC unit in the apartment’s sitting room but not the bedroom, whiz is common for these types of properties. It didn’t cause much of an issue for us, but wanted to make others aware. Overall we would absolutely come back and refer to friends again and again!"

"We had a two-room room with a balcony, it was quite small for 3 people but clean and very warm! Good breakfast and average dinner. The spa was good and clean with an extremely clean large pool! The jacuzzi had aromatic salts. Late check out only with a fee."

"The Hotel is really modern and nicely decorated. If you are skiing, there is a bus to the gondola every 15 mins in the morning and back in the Afternoon. The staff are lovely and there is a very relaxing bar area with great cocktails. The spa is really nice with an outside thermal pool and a sauna which looks over the mountain. We did not eat in the evening. I have two areas of feedback. One is that I think the shuttle bus could run later in the evening as it finishes at 5 so we sometimes missed it. The other is that I think the spa needs dedicated child free times as it often felt like a children’s pool."

"موقع الفندق ممتاز و مرافق السبا متنوعة المكان مثير للإعجاب يوجد عدة مسابح و مناطق للاسترخاء و الحصول على مياه مجانية بالداخل كل شيء كان ممتاز النظافة ممتازة بصدق و الطاقم بشوش و متعاون إلى ابعد الحدود. لقد ساعدوني حتى في حمل الحقائب الى الطابق العلوي دون ان اطلب. الفطور كان غني بما فيه الكفاية، من دون مبالغة فية. فناء السجادة لطيفة . توجد حيوانات من الوحش وقطط تعيش هناك، والجو طازج بشكل رائع. صاحبة النزل هيكتور يونس، ينتون، ينتون، ينتون، ينتون، ينتون، ينتون، ينتون، ينتون، هناك بعض السلبيات على الرغم من ذلك. تحتوي الغرف على إرسال صوت عالي نسبياً يمكنك سماع جيرانك بوضوح. شعرت الغرفة نفسها محكمة بعض الشيء، وليس من السهل التحرك في المكان. ولكن في بعض الأحيان يجتمعون كما هو الحال في أي مكان آخر. الإفطار جيد، ولكن لا توجد أطباق ساخنة كافية. يقع الفندق في منطقة جيدة. لسوء الحظ ، هو بعيد جدا عن المركز. تحتوي منطقة ال spa على مغلقة في وقت مبكر (8 مساء) ، كما تبدأ في طلب مغادرة الضيوف حوالي 20 دقيقة قبل إغلاقه ، وهو أمر محبط. كانت المسابح مغلقة في الشتاء ، لذلك لم أتمكن من الاستمتاع بالسباحة في الهواء الطلق. تتوفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات في الموقع ، كما تتوفر خدمة النقل المجانية. الإفطار والعشاء مرضية. أيضا خدمة كيتشن توبوق في وجبة الإفطار يطلق على الجانب الآخر كن حذرا مع ملابسك! تم دفع ثمن وقوف السيارات وليس من السهل العثور على المرة الأولى، ولكن أقدر أنهم سمحوا لي أن أحتفظ بسيارتي هناك لمدة ساعتين بعد تسجيل المغادرة. ومع ذلك، فإنه ليس من السهل العثور على مكان هادئ على الأقدام. بشكل عام هو فندق مريح و جيد للاقامة و اوصي به بشدة و خاصة لخدمات السبا و فريق العمل المرحبين به"

"Myself and teenage son had a great four night stay in the hotel. It was spotlessly clean and all the staff were attentive and helpful. The manager especially quickly agreed a late check out for us so we could have an extra days skiing. "لقد أحببنا كمبنسكي! كانت ال spa إستثنائية مع كل غرفة تفكر فيها (ساونا متعددة، غرف بخار، غرفة ثلج، جاكوزي داخلي وخارجي، تجربة دش، غرف للاسترخاء و برك سباحة) وطعام المطعم كان محبذا كل ليلة بمواضيع مختلفة (السبت الإيطالي، الأحد البلغاري، الاثنين جبال الألب، الثلاثاء الآسيوي، إلخ). وأفضل جزء من الإقامة في كمبينسكي هو تصريح VIP - إذا كنت تزلج أثناء العطلات المدرسية، فهذا أمر ضروري! طابور دلا كان بين 2-3 ساعات باليوم و مع VIP مررنا مباشرة - تستحق الاقامة في الفندق لوحدها ! و لم يكن السعر أكثر بكثير من سعر المرور العادي بنحو 75 يورو في اليوم للبالغين (أقل من ذلك للأطفال من 11 إلى أقل). يقع فندق The Munda بجوار الفندق ويمكن التزلج من جديد في نهاية اليوم . محلات التزلج في الفناء والغرف skiing all makes the experience easy . الغرف nice but date but the hotel itself is beautiful and like جزيرة معجّلة في فصل الشتاء. الإطلالة من غرفتنا (معروضة في الصورة) كانت مذهلة. I’d Def recommend staying here!"

"Overall, the hotel is not bad, but unfortunately some of the reception staff are extremely incompetent in many areas. I am disappointed by the fact that the hotel insisted until the very last moment that lift passes could be purchased directly from them — even in the email I received right before check‑in — and it turned out this was not true. Moreover, at check‑in they didn’t consider it necessary to inform us about this at all, which caused us significant inconvenience."

"It is not a 4-star hotel as it says, the furniture is old and worn. I don't understand why it has such a high score on booking of 8.9. Mold in the pool, old smell in the room. The food is good, not great. At breakfast I give filtered water, at dinner you have to pay for it. They have a shuttle that takes you to the ski party and brings you back to the hotel, but it would be better if the last bus came at 5:30 p.m. because the gondola is until 5 p.m. and you won't be there in time to catch it."
