New hotel, great environment, convenient location, stylish decoration. The room I originally booked was very close to the elevator. The manager on duty helped me upgrade to a high floor, which was very considerate. The room was very clean and had no decoration smell at all. The front desk service was very responsive, and the robot delivery was very convenient. The breakfast also had a special beef pancake that tasted great. The restaurant staff was very enthusiastic. I was very satisfied with the stay and would choose to come again next time.

第一次住這家酒店，今年新開業的，所以設施都很新。而且標間可以給拼床，成一個特大床，方便帶兩個小朋友的家庭入住。門口停車場，能停二十多輛車吧，後面好像還有個院子也能停車。
我訂的豪華商務房-雙床，這種房型在2層，帶一個挺大的户外平台，不過現在白天太熱，實際除了看着痛快一些，沒什麼作用，多一百塊錢房費。
進房間發現馬桶蓋子上有污漬沒有擦乾淨，自己給擦了燙了，所以這方面還是應該注意。
前台服務很好，有需要的東西衹要給前台打電話，都能馬上送來，這點不錯。但是客房服務員服務一般，也許正好我趕上這個不行。她在別的房間打掃，我從門口過在車上拿了兩瓶礦泉水，正好服務員出來，一臉不高興，我説我拿兩瓶礦泉水，結果一句話沒説瞪我一眼，我實在不能理解，她有什麼不痛快的事兒。所以我的好評是給前台服務的
早餐某音有團購，十幾塊錢一位，實際標價好像是88一位。
種類還行，但是味道一般，果汁像兑水的，牛奶像奶粉沏的，品質有待提高。

早餐沒有華夫餅，不開心，不過勝在品種豐富，還可以選蛋撻，吐司之類！附近有兩個商場，購物倒是方便！我預訂時備註要安靜遠離電梯的房間，電梯倒是遠離了，但是樓上半夜1點蹦蹦跳跳咚咚響！折騰到3點！後半夜沒辦法睡覺！非常鬧心！再説服務也着實一般，不熱情不主動，是我住過的希爾頓裏服務最差的！

位置就在馬路邊上，距離總督府也不遠，酒店自己帶停車場，比較方便。弱弱的吐槽下保定的信號燈，好多路口都有右轉的紅綠燈，這點這的不太適應。
酒店的房間稍微有點小，但是還算乾淨，隔音方面也還行，加上我們玩的有點類睡的特別好。這個價格的早飯也算還好了。酒店旁邊就有一個白府牛肉罩餅，味道也很好。酒店旁邊還有一家夜宵，叫什麼餛飩，烤串也錯。

強，洗起來特別暢快，洗浴用品都是高品質的，吹風機效果也很棒，千發速度很快。

這裏的服務真的是超熱情周到，工作人員都非常專業貼心，前台上就能感受到温馨周到的服務，有什麼問題反映給工作人員，也能迅速解決，整個住店過程都讓人感到特別舒適愉悦，就像在家一樣自在°

早餐豐富到讓人眼花繚亂，有特色罩餅，味道超級正宗，還有鮮榨果汁，口感新鮮極了。不僅種類豐富，味道也是十分美味，餐廳環境很舒適，用餐過程很是享受◎。而且衞生方面也做得很好，吃得放心@。

來保定第二次入住了，的確是保定的第二個家，所有的不開心都會被治癒，所有的開心都會被無限放大！酒店工作人員真的都很熱情，兩次入住都很貼心，準備了手寫卡片、歡迎禮，還幫忙打印了照片，有求必應，哪怕生病了也都會盡力
安排好一切，感謝照顧
必須要説，女生自己一個人住希爾頓一定要慎重！因為不小心就會被寵成公主！！從前台到餐廳，到客房服務，每個人都會讓你感受到被悉心照顧的温暖。每次離開時都有些不捨，但也帶着期待，期待下次再回家
