The service is very good, the room is very clean, the food is much better than the buffet at the hot spring, but there are a lot of flies in the restaurant, and occasionally you can see flies lying on the food, but the room is clean and big. 一進酒店大堂給人感覺豪華氣派，客房分A.B兩座，大堂右側是自助餐廳，早餐還算可以，品種也算齊全，三層以上基本都是客房，酒店很新，各種設施齊全，房間面積不小，床品很舒服，並且乾淨衞生，絕對做到了一客一換，再一個這麼小的地方能把酒店做成這個樣子那絕對是費了不少心思和功夫的。

第一次帶爸媽來泡温泉，選擇了商務酒店，房間環境很好，有浴缸可以泡澡，一樓的自助餐廳品類很多，早餐晚餐吃的也很好，適合家庭出行。

服務：服務員態度很熱情，有求必應。
環境：標間的房間很大。
衞生：房間很乾凈。
陪孩子參加大師賽入住的，下了高速，馬上就可以到達。總體來説比之前其他地方的大師賽住宿和餐食都好。也許都是北方人的原因，餐食吃的挺習慣，自助餐每餐都有蝦。雖然不驚艷，但中規中矩。唯一遺憾就是房間贈送的温泉説關閉了，沒能體驗。

經常來温泉，每次都預訂假日酒店，這次臨時訂的假日沒有房，訂的商務酒店的房間，雖然需要走到温泉酒店在下温泉，感覺也不是事，因為節假日人多正常，晚上還是訂的假日自助吃的，雖然人很多秩序井然，一如既往的服務，因為送的早餐是商務酒店的，所以第一次在商務酒店吃早餐，人多我覺的不是理由，前台服務人員一直在放大家進去，然後以至於在裏面走了20分鐘從頭走到尾走了好幾圈沒有地方坐，既然沒地，就不要讓大家進去，可以領號等待，可以跟假日一樣，大過節的一下心情就差了很多，帶着孩子在裏面漫無目的的找，本來孩子就小，太煩了

訂的標間，遠超預期。房間，衞生間乾淨整潔，馬桶還是智能的。比住過的很多五星級酒店都要好。早餐中規中矩，但是考慮到價格，已經是超值了。最後感謝酒店工作人員，我落了一個包在酒店，是工作人員率先聯繫到我，然後幫我寄了過來。
