Really friendly and good service. Our room was located next to a busy street, so we asked for another room. That was no problem. But our new room had really noisy neighbors (the walls are very thin!), so we changed again. Very happy that this was possible in the middle of the night!

The hotel was very clean and great area only 5 minute walk to the beach with supermarkets everywhere, the room got cleaned everyday and there is a tennis court and nice pool with plenty of areas to sit and chill, the food in the morning is €10 and they serve nice lunch after 1pm would definitely recommend.

Our expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options.

It's very close to the airport. It only takes two stops on the Airport Express A2 and you can get there within ten minutes on foot. The room has a sea view, but it is limited. The courtyard is beautiful, especially at night. The hotel has a gym, indoor swimming pool (but it is very small, with only two lanes and a lot of impurities in the water), restaurants, bars, and SPA, so you can fully enjoy the leisurely vacation. It's also very close to the beach. Just stroll there and you'll find many restaurants to choose from, as well as various bars, surf shops, etc. It is recommended for vacationers to choose this adult-only hotel, which will save them a lot of troubles.

The room is OK. There is a small balcony, but they don't provide toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, etc. I asked the front desk but they didn't give it to me. They asked me to buy it myself. However, the transportation is convenient. There are various shops and supermarkets nearby (open until late). It is also convenient to take a taxi to the center of Palma and the airport.
The neighborhood is relatively safe, and the outdoor sofa outside the lobby is very suitable for lying down and smoking.

I booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!

HHetshriOverall good but missing the key details for example they give a kettle, tea, coffee but missing creamers/milk. They have fixed soap dispensers but they do not work properly, there is no door to the shower by design but this means the whole bathroom gets wet and steams up.

GGuest UserGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.
