An Unforgettable Experience
Our brief stay at this stunning hotel was a masterclass in exceptional service. Our spacious river-view room with a bathtub offered breathtaking views of the river. The staff were warm and welcoming, with Ms. Xiao Zhao's outstanding service leaving a lasting impression. She arranged for a driver to take us to Furong ancient town and waited for us to return safely, despite being off-duty. Her kindness and dedication continued as she helped us order takeout and waited for our food to arrive. The next morning, she reminded us of breakfast time and gifted us a thoughtful farewell present. Her exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. The Erzhuo Valley, Furong Town · Dieyunjian is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Guzhang, having been recently opened in 2023. The hotel is conveniently located just 10km from Furongzhen Railway Station and 108km from Xiangxi Biancheng Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Sitting Dragon Gorge Scenic Area, Hunan Xiangxi Global Geopark and Furong Town Waterfall all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

We had a great relaxing time in this hotel while visiting the red stone national park and Furong Town.
They picked-us up for free at the train station in a nice SUV, arranged a fair-priced transportation back and forth to the red stone national park and also offered free drop-off and pick-up at Furong ancient town.
Our butler Binbin did his best to help and was very nice.
The only things that disappointed us was the management of the facilities like the bar which had no AC turned on while it was more than 30 degrees, so it was basically a sauna...we would have loved to have a drink there enjoying the view. The restaurant is unfortunately very different from the dining room picture advertised (which is only used for breakfast and is also very hot during the day). We would expect to see someone around to serve and also a menu with some snacks at least. The pool, although beautiful and with a great view, has only one bed so not even a couple can really relax side by side...and again no service or anyone around to get some drinks or so. The breakfast is served rather early and only within a span of 1,5 h, from 8 to 09:30.
Apart from this the hotel is located in a calm area where you can really relax just some minutes outside Furong town.

GGuest User房間設施齊全，尤其是那高清投影，畫質清晰，音效也不錯。周邊景點豐富，距離夯吾苗寨、鳳棲湖景區、國家地質公園紅石林和中南第一大峽谷作龍峽車程都很短。高鐵站也就在附近，非常便捷。
衞生：新酒店衞生很好
環境：現場比圖片上看起來感覺好很多，老闆不太會拍照啊
服務：叫服務員多送一套洗漱用品，二話沒説就送過來了，前台小姐姐非常不錯。

Ppenny-jpWe didn't plan to go to Furong Ancient Town, so we stayed in Nan'an. This was the right choice! When we opened our eyes in bed, we saw the beautiful scenery. It was so comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was very warm, and it was not cold at all in winter. The boss lady was also very nice. She chatted with us about family matters and cooked a bowl of noodles for us in the morning. It was the most delicious thing during the trip! She also gave us a grapefruit before we left. She was just like her own aunt.

GGuest UserThe car can be parked downstairs at night, there is no elevator in the hanging building, and the bathroom in the Linhe room is a pit! The street room is a toilet! The facilities are quite satisfactory, the service is self-service, and I didn't see anyone after I got the room card! The bath water is hot and flushing, the mattress is hard for us, and the pillow quilt is very comfortable! There are not many restaurants around, but the taste is OK! After breakfast, go to the cottage after eating rice noodles in the store next to it!
