Val-d'Oise Hotels with Bars

The price/performance ratio is really good. I don't know if it's because the room is newly renovated but it smells. Other than that, it's much more cost-effective than the city. The breakfast is also quite rich. The room in the city is only 10 square meters and the luggage can't be opened. There is no breakfast. Going out costs about 10 euros per person and there are not as many varieties as in other hotels. I forgot to take pictures. The above are my real experience

The room was crazy good with an affordable price, wasn’t expected for the bathtub that was why we loved it here. The hotel is quiet and clean, plus close to the airport, will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a large parking lot, the room has a sofa with a bed that is down, but the location is partial, but close to the station

Honnêtement j’ai aimé l’emplacement juste sur la route c’est vraiment super par contre ce que j’ai pas aimé c’est le pot du WC elle n’était pas propre j’ai remarqué une couleur jaunâtre dessus de la poussière aussi et la cafetière non plus n’était pas nettoyé il y’avait du calcaire à l’intérieur sinon le reste était propre je recommande vivement

**An Unforgettable Stay Thanks to Amazing Staff!** I had a bit of a chaotic start—missed the concierge’s operating hours, ended up having to change my flight, and even book an extra night at the hotel just to retrieve my luggage. But then, fate stepped in! The same staff member who helped me earlier was also on duty for my hotel check-in later. To make things worse, my iPhone was down to 1% battery, and my charger was stuck in my luggage. When I desperately asked if I could charge my phone, The check in staff Ibrahim didn’t hesitate—absolutely lifesaving service! The check in staff was so incredibly kind and professional. And yes, I’ll even splurge on that **La Chablisienne by the glass** (pricey, but totally worth it for this level of service). Oh, and shoutout to the Bartender named Baptiste too—super hardworking and attentive! The only thing I would like to comment about is the room heater issue compensation.

Séjour de 3 nuits sans problème. J'ai pu échanger la chambre sans souci du fait de la porte très difficile à ouvrir et à fermer. Chambre propre et agréable. Un bémol : l'accueil qui peut être différent selon l'agent à ce poste (lors de mon arrivée, j'ai du attendre presque deux minutes que la personne en charge de l'accueil lève ses yeux de l'ordinateur -il aurait suffi d'un ”bonjour, merci de patienter”). Veilleur de nuit sympathique pour lequel j'ai pu constater la disponibilité pour d'autres clients.

The hotel is very convenient—just near CDG Airport. The room was clean, and we appreciated the free late check-out until 3 PM. Since my flight was at 10:40 PM, they allowed us to extend our stay until 6:30 PM for an extra fee, which was helpful. However, we had an unsettling experience with someone knocking on our door at night, and again the next day around 6 PM. At first, it was just once, but then it happened multiple times, as if trying to tempt us to open the door. My friend had a similar incident the night before. It made us feel unsafe. When I called the front desk, the first staff member had trouble understanding English, but thankfully, another one spoke fluent English and helped. They sent someone to accompany me downstairs, which I appreciated. Probably during that time, the elevator card system was out of service, which might have allowed unauthorized access to guest floors. I hope the hotel improves security and ensures proper access control to prevent this kind of situation in the future.

Firstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again.

Receptionist was friendly and happy, breakfast was really good, restaurant has a higher level of quality, swimming pool was clean, but the room was unnecessarily big, with empty spaces, with a tiny bathroom. Even being a guest I had to pay for the parking lot under the hotel premises (really not sure if this is their policy or what but I felt that I should have chosen another hotel to stay, since nearby you will find plenty of another option). Overall is ok.
