Bed was comfortable. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, but we didn't get one unfortunately. Parking lot was a bit chaotic as people parked haphazardly and took up multiple spots each. Front desk staff was very helpful though. Wifi worked well

Short weekend family trip, swimming in the indoor pool was fun, hot tub jets only worked on one side and not very strong. No towels for the pool ever, but the beds are comfy and pillows too. this was our second time staying here, it is next to the Sunport airport.

We booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

Nice hotel with a podium type lobb. Zhyra the hotel staff is very accomodating and provided a good service.
