The tea bags u needs to ask for refill even I paid the tips in the room, but atmosphere is very good.
For laundry u needs to go down all they way to other hotel otherwise u need to paid huge if u stay for a week.

ممستخدم نزيلLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

ممستخدم نزيلIt is in a strategic location which 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Anaheim and 5 minutes drive to Walmart/Mcd/KFC/ Burger King.
The opposite of the hotel is Toy Story Parking Lot, Disneyland will provide shuttle bus services to/fro Disneyland.
2 minutes walk to CVS pharmacy/ 7-11/ and Walgreen for your snacks or souvenirs.
The amenities ie toothpaste/ brush will be provided on a request basis.

RRich Chung酒店的床算很舒服 軟硬適中 停車費用每晚15美金 位置算離商業區都還挺近 主要是價格相對於周圍的酒店 算是比較親民划算 飯店不附早餐 需要自己額外購買

LLakwtseraThe hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland.
On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
