nice enjoyment to have this trip. the service is better and the environment is soft.

The entrance is creepy especially when u want to come at night and theres no proper sign and direction, and no tolerance to make cancellation and no tolerance to refund your right.

The environment is really good, but the road up is too small

The water in the room was cut off in the middle of the night, and when we checked out, the two employees looked on and didn't help us carry our luggage. We moved it up and down the stairs several times, and there was no service at all.

The hotel is neat and clean and comfortable to stay. There are many simple things to do nearby, making it the perfect place to stay for a vacation.

The road to the resort is too narrow and damaged..but the workers at the resort service are very tiptop..the view at the resort is very interesting ..

The place is secluded and quiet. If you are looking for a getaway from your busy life, this is a good place to consider. I think only Digi has cell coverage here, Maxis definitely zero. They have wifi but it's not stable. They go by chalets of different sizes and each is equipped with a karaoke set. Overall I think it's quite pleasant to stay if there not too many people in your group.
