My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience marked by stylish design, comfort, and attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and modern aesthetic of the space. The overall should have been great but how disappointed that the hotel charged my credit card with extra 10% without reasonable explanation. After raising my query for 15 mins, they finally admitted that it was their mistake but still saying ‘don’t know why’. End up they agreed to refund the over charge to my credit card account. Couldn’t believe that such a big name of hotel would have done that to travelers….

Location was good, the hotel was a good place to rest after a long train ride. However, check in and check out was slow. There was a loud banging noise outside the window at 5am in the morning, disturbing our sleep. Phone and safe deposit box were not working. Housekeeping walked into our room in the morning when we were still sleeping. They were also very rough with cleaning the rooms next door so it was noisy, didn’t help that the walls were thin.

The hotel is relatively close to the subway station. At the beginning, it was mainly convenient to see the volcanic fountains. It is within 20 minutes to go to Mira House and Columbus Observation Deck. Strongly praise the bed in the room, it can sleep four people and it is not crowded, anyway, it feels like 2 large beds, independent quilts, so nice ~~ There are also kitchens, frying pans, utensils, refrigerators and kettles, especially It ’s not easy ~~ Of course, the room is relatively spacious, and the activities are not limited The hotel service is also very good. I was very patient and guided us to the airport by car. The little brother also drew a map for us with English. Hahaha A shop that will give full marks

The hotel is ideally located at Plaza de España, close to both the A1 airport bus stop and the subway station, making it convenient for exploring major attractions, and it's also very near the stadium. The breakfast restaurant offered a choice of one main dish, but overall, the breakfast was quite mediocre. A floor plan is provided, which is useful for verifying your room's location once you receive your room number. I'm not sure if it was related to the xc booking or another reason, but for a standard room, we were assigned a very odd layout. The space was so tight that it was difficult to walk on one side of the double bed. As we were only staying for a couple of nights, we didn't bother requesting a room change.

Отель понравился. Близко к метро Badal, пешком 4-5’. Синяя ветка, по прямой до Саграда Фамилия и Диагональ. В номере есть собственный кухонный уголок со всем необходимым оснащением. Чисто. Рекомендуем!

Location was good, near to 2 metro lines that brings us to city center. Rooms were ok too but there was a very annoying beeping noise coming from the toilet non stop. Feedback to the whatsapp helpline, and they sent maintenance guy the next day, who came, and switched off the aircon, saying that the noise came from that. So instead of fixing the unit, they expected us to do without heater. Quite ridiculous coz the weather was still cold at night. They told us to close the toilet door, but still can hear it. We stayed for 4 nites, and it was not resolved. The free washer/dryer at block A was very dirty, so dont pin your hopes on that. There is a coin laundromat just 2 mins away. Last thing, I have informed prior to arrival that we will reach early, few hours before check in time, and asked for storage options. They told us it is available but there is a fee to it, so we didnt thought to use it. On the day we arrived, have text the whatsapp for access code, but room was not ready so we waited outside the building for more than an hour. By the time we enter the building, realised that the storage system was actually free. The staff could have told us it was free, so we can put our luggage into storage and continue with the day, but instead we were left to wait for more than an hour for the room to be ready.
