Lovely B&B that operates like a well-oiled machine with multiple conveniences, such as punch code front door and guest rooms. Makes it so easy when you don't have to keep a key. Plenty of snacks and drinks available 24 hours, and an impressive charcuterie tray laid out in the afternoon. Our room was comfortable and convenient, since it was on the first floor. We missed having nightstands, but there were plenty of other spots for our stuff in the room. Back deck was especially nice, and felt like a refuge compared with the bustling street on the front-porch side of this gracious 200-year-old home. Innkeepers Carrie and Dan were good-natured and personable, offering suggestions on local destinations, and insights into local history and culture. All in all, a terrific stay.

The home itself is beautiful. A lot of thought has been put into the little touches in each room. The breakfast each morning is homemade and phenomenal. Carrie and Dan are wonderful hosts. We'll be back!

Very comfortable and welcoming. The location is great to be able to walk around town and enjoy Bardstown. Carrie and Dan made our visit very enjoyable and the breakfast was top notch. We will definitely visit them again!

Beautiful, relaxing and very welcoming B & B. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit here. Homemade breakfast was amazing! Bravo Carrie and Dan!!! Thank you for a wonderful time in Bardstown!!! We will be back!

It is a very beautiful house. It is very close to all the attractions and walking distance to town center. Carrie and Dan are very hospitable. Snacks were set out in the afternoon and the breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend the Red Rose Inn.

Carrie and Dan are the perfect hosts. They are newer owners and eager to make their Inn special and comfortable for their guests. We enjoyed their clean well appointed historic home , appreciated the nice decor , comfortable beds , fantastic linens , gourmet breakfast , a welcoming delicious afternoon charcuterie board and time on their beautiful deck and large garden/ yard space. They were very quick to communicate when severe weather derailed our arrival time. We look forward to returning to stay in another of their spacious guestrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the lovely Red Rose Inn. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated from the welcome cookies on our bed to the afternoon snacks and more. Not to mention that the breakfast was oh so yummy. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner and browse the local shops. Carrie and Dan were great hosts and very accommodating to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was an excellent experience. Carrie and Mark were marvelous hosts. Carrie was very attentive while respecting space and Mark sure knows how to put a breakfast together! Bardstown is a perfect anchor spot for a Bourbon Trail experience and Red Rose Inn's location is ideal. Everything in town when you're not visiting distilleries is in walking distance. Would, and plan to, return to Red Rose Inn.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this lovely historic Bed and Breakfast. The innkeepers Dan and Carrie were attentive and quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed that it was small and homey feeling. Dan cooks wonderful breakfast. The Inn was spotlessly clean. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, museums and the historic downtown. Bardstown is full of wonderful history and kind hospitality. We hope we can get back some day.
