We had a pretty terrible stay. This was our second stay at this location and last time (in Nov 2025) our mini fridge wasn't working upon arrival. This time we requested a room on the 1st floor and to ensure our mini fridge was working. We were assigned a room on the 1st floor and our mini fridge was working. However, that room was infested with ants. The woman at the front desk gave us some ant spray and cleaner to address the issue, but we have a 10 month old baby and a 3-year-old so we didn't feel comfortable doing that. They offered to upgrade us to a room with a king bed and a pullout couch, which didn't accommodate our needs given we were traveling with 2 children, we needed 2 beds, not a pullout couch, so they then moved us to a room on the 4th floor which is the exact opposite of what we requested. In addition to these issues, both mornings at 9 o'clock, the kitchen staff ran out of gravy. Then, Sunday morning, when they ran out of gravy, everybody started going for the Waffle machine and they only had one Waffle spout, which was regular instead of having 2 which included the blueberry... it's a weekend and they shouldn't be running out of anything when there's an hour left of breakfast! So we left hungry both days even though we paid for a room that included breakfast. I told the woman at checkout, all of these issues and she didn't offer an apology nor did she offer any compensation.
