Nice hotel value for money. The room service need improvement. No cleaning during our 4 night stay after several requests. The room leaking in toilet and cannot change room during stay because fully booked but no repair done after repeated complaints

Me & my husband have stayed in many Premier Inns over time, but I have to say that this has to be the friendliest one that we have stayed in. We were there for three nights It was a lovely welcome and every member of staff went out of their way to help with anything that we needed. The manager (who's name I think is Aleshia) was fantastic and I could see how she kept a very happy ship and how all of the staff got on well. Also, I have to mention the breakfast. Nothing was to much trouble for both the lovely lady who cooked our eggs how we wanted, too the table server who's name I believe is Vicky. Nothing was to much trouble and if ever we are over that way again, then that will be the place that we will be staying. Well done to you all and thank you for a fantastic stay.

I stay here week in week out, I would just like to say that every member of staff is lovely and very very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I would like to give a special mention to Liam, who, always go’s above and beyond in his role to help. He should receive a solid gold star from his employer ,not just for the dedication and hard work he puts in, but also for his helpfulness and politeness .

Excellent customer service and friendly staff, breakfast was great and well catered. Room was clean and well made up. It’s a very good hotel especially for the price it’s exactly what we needed in a great location overall it was a brilliant stay

From helping us with accessible parking to providing daily essentials and thoughtful assistance with my mum’s personal needs, nothing was ever too much trouble. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, compassionate, polite, and incredibly helpful. It made what could have been a very difficult time so much easier for us as a family and truly showed how much the whole team cares about their guests’ wellbeing and experience. A special mention to the management, who should be extremely proud of themselves

Room was very cosy and spacious with great blackout curtains to allow for a good night's sleep, the staff at the reception desk were also very helpful, and service at breakfast from Vicky was very kind and prompt, great experience all around!

Room was comfortable and clean staff were friendly. The best part of the stay was breakfast and the member of staff Vicky who was helpful friendly and very jolly considering there was nothing filled up , which wasn't a problem for Vicky as she had it all in hand. 10/10 for Vicky.

Stayed here as we were going to a family wedding. Lady manager who checked me in was so friendly and bubbly I think her name was Alisha. Parking was reasonably priced for the 3 nights. We only ate in last night and morning of our stay but breakfast and dinner were good standard. I would definitely recommend
