"Clean and affordable. Good location for a small family. Nearest bus stop 10min walk away. Must have a car or use uber to get around. Room cleaning needs to be requested at reception. No drinking water or tissues or basic amenities available in rooms. Staff were friendly. Free breakfast for children with paying adults during summer holidays."

"I stayed at the Ibis over the weekend and was extremely disappointed. The main reason I booked was because the room was advertised with air conditioning — but when I arrived, the AC was completely broken. Given how hot the weather was, this made the room incredibly uncomfortable and ruined my entire stay. To make matters worse, I was promised a fan as an alternative, but it was never provided. I reported the issue, but nothing was resolved and there was no follow-up. The basic expectation of a hotel is a comfortable environment — this failed on that front. No food or service can make up for a room you can’t sleep in. Would not recommend unless they guarantee working facilities and better customer care."
