group of us booked months in advance for a wedding. Upon arrival we were informed the pool was not open due to an issue. Due to location of the wedding we had to stay however, when we got to the room we had no air conditioning so we called maintenance. We ask about the pool and were told the door to the pool (indoor) would not lock and that was the issue. We asked if they could just let us in and were told NO. We noticed the 100 satisfied guarantee sign in the elevator and went to the front desk to ask if they would comp anything and were told, “It’s been broke before I ever started working here.” We asked for the manager and then were told,”It’s on the website!” Very rudely Since we booked the hotel months in advance and had a block of rooms, and they had our emails we would have thought we would have gotten some notification. Additionally, the refrigerator and air conditioning did not work! Definitely not worth the money. Steer clear of this place

The location was great and looks like a great hotel but the inside is old run down and musty. The rooms were actually disgusting dirt on the walls paint chipping mold, rust hair all over the bathroom stuff all over the walls in the bathroom out disgusting one elevator that was working smells like urine. The carpets were stain. The curtains were stain. The pool said it was available, but there was zero water in the hot tub was disgusting. I don’t know anybody can write this a good experience

Older hotel, but clean and neat. Hallways smelled kinda musty but room was good. I literally have a computer monitor larger than the room TV.

Clean room and friendly staff. Close to the Baseball Field which is why we were there so thankful for that.

There apparently are one or more air conditioners out at the property, and the hallways were Hella hot! I was barely able to get my bags in my room! The door was the heaviest door I've ever opened and I was unable to hold the door open and pull the luggage through at the same time!!! It was awful every time we had to open it. (Go try it yourself!! It's room 404!). A n d here is the kicker..... It a handicapped room! I pray a handicapped person is never assigned that room! Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable, And the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The property felt very new and was extremely clean and nicely decorated. It had a very contemporary feel and the location downtown Bartlesville near the Phillips Conoco businesses (within walking distance) was very helpful. We were traveling with a nine year-old and a six-year-old child who absolutely loved the indoor pool.

The front desk staff we're exemplary! So very helpful! The only complaint I had was the mold on the grout in the shower. Otherwise the room was great!

Stayed 3 nights. Reserved a double bed room. Assigned a king bed room by manager who was off duty, no other options. Waiting for a table in a restaurant we met another person staying at this hotel. Single man given a 2 bed room? We were moved to a 2 bed room the second night. No maid service for 2nd night? Air conditioner sounded like it had a bucket of bolts inside when it turned on. Maintenance couldn't fix it. Went down to the bar for a beer but out of stock for any draft beer? Managers only on duty 9 to 5. Reservation clerks were no help. Not the Hilton quality it should be. Cheap hotel.
