LLuo YIN xcI often choose Le Grand Hotel near the train station, and this one did not disappoint me at all! The service is very warm and professional, the room is reasonably furnished and comfortable, and the bathroom is of high quality. The most noteworthy thing is that the hotel is equipped with a luggage storage locker with a password!

GGuest UserBooking during christmas market period, so hotel price is so high and another choice was fully booked. You NEED to check in on 3pm only even if I could check in before check in time in Paris.... but they have luggage locker but not free of charge.
Room is clean, new and very big. Location is far from tram and bus (10 mins walk). I take the tram to central station for going to other city, tram is always delay :( it stop on the way then I missed the train ;( Recommend to book the hotel near main train station !

Nous avons un peu tourné en rond pour y arriver, le gps ne nous a pas donné la route jusqu’au parking.
Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
Petit déjeuné très bien servi.

GGuest UserIt only takes one minute to get there from the nearest station, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind even as a single woman.
It was also close to the Arc de Triomphe, so you could walk there if you wanted to!
The room was a good size and clean!

RRenlordThe aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes.
Nice things:
- Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle.
- Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower.
Thing to call out:
- The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn.
- The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin.
- The air conditioning is not adjustable.
- Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest.
- Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash.
- Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

The location is okay—not the best, but quiet enough. One big advantage is the tram stop right outside, which makes getting around very convenient. The room itself was quite small, but the biggest issue was the bathroom, especially the shower—it was extremely cramped. That said, for what it offers, the price is reasonable.

GGuest UserThe location is in the city center, with convenient supermarkets and transportation. There is a living room, dining table and kitchen utensils. You can save money by cooking your own meals. The service staff is good, but there is no daily cleaning service.

Just the rooms not isolated, so it depends on your neighbor, for us it was good.
And we had the alarm problem.
But it is generally unfair to come back again.
