酒店靠河，房間窗户靠市區街道，晚上有點吵。但酒店整體環境很精緻舒適，服務很周到，提前寄存的行李下午check in的時候已經幫忙放進房間了。早飯很好吃，每層樓都有免費茶水咖啡供應。歐洲老派精品小酒店的風格。

Hotel was great value and perfect location. Walked everywhere and restaurants were steps away. We had room 5 on Floor 4 overlooking the river. A little noisy during the night but expected with all the street activity. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included but worth it as buffet was plentiful saved time. Would definitely stay there again!

Utterly superb in every way, from the staff, cleanliness, fabulous room. Amazing toiletries, loved it!! Can't wait to go back. I was tired when I arrived and ate in the restaurant, what a treat!!!!! Couldn't recommend highly enough

A lovely visit in Basel, staying in a fine hotel. Our room was quite good, lots of space, comfortable, good shower. The location was perfect in the centre of the old town. Their restaurant was very good, service, food and view were all excellent.

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Krafft and were completely satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The room was tastefully furnished with a lovely view of the river. The bathroom was modern and cleaning was carried out promptly. There was a shared area on our floor for making tea and coffee which was a great benefit. The hotel has a good location and there were several bars and restaurants very close by.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Krafft Basel very much. Paid for a riverfront balcony and very happy we did. Balcony is huge and offers a great view of the river. Prime location for Old Town, restaurants, shopping or to catch a tram anywhere. Room was exceptionally large and spacious. An Eco conscious hotel that does well but could probably take it a step further. Did like the idea of the central coffee/water stations on each floor, they were easily accessible, well stocked and kept clean. Service is excellent, particularly the front desk. One note is we did not like the design of the shower as hard to keep water from getting everywhere. Also in our room, it required quite a large step to get up to shower level. I am unaware if other rooms are similar or not, but I only mention as anyone with mobility issues might want to check on it. Would be happy to stay here again.

Loved the location. We were there for National Swiss Day and ate at the restaurant where we had great food and a front row seat for the fireworks.
The staff could not have been more pleasant. They shifted our dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant and provided recommendations for other places. They provided coffee service on each floor.
The Hotel is older and could stand newer furnishings, but has character and the beds were comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but we were comfortable even in early August.

The location is great. Breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Victoria, she is wonderful. However, the property is very dated, no air conditioning, my room was very small and very basic. The bathroom, which seems it has ben recently renovated, is too small even with the sliding door solution. I don't really know how this hotel was classified as a 4-star hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located near old town and major attractions. Check-in was a breeze. Room was clean, comfortable and of a decent size. The bathroom was clean and big enough. The view of the river was a plus. It was too cold to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. Breakfast was good and we got everything we wanted, cheeses in particular were excellent. Bed was good and pillows were very soft. However, without a headboard it was too flat for me. Coffee maker in the hallway was the only shortcoming, but the minor one. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I recommend this establishment.
