"From the ocular to procurement to actual days of staff development, Bataan White Corals exceeded my expectations. From the professional smiling and courteous services of the staffs to the tasty foods served, and the big beds accomodation, plus the in-house teambuilding facilitator, the venue is a 9/10. Special thanks to the Sales Manager, Jay Duran, for treating us as family. Definitely, the Bataan White Corals was worth the 4-hr travel time and the 3 days 2 nights stay for 43 pax. :)"

"For 28k worth of 4D3N stay | New Executive room. Cons 1. The room assigned to us is not worth it's price. 2. No tv 3. No fridge 4. No wifi inside our room. We can only access wifi when we are in their restaurant but very slow. 5. ＜At least in a "motel" room, there's tv and wifi＞ 6. Aircon is too cold at night. They only provided very thin blankets and we can't even control the aircon as they have removed the control knob and it is located high up the wall. Just bring your own thick blanket or pajamas. 7. No complementary water. 8. Their closet has no hanging rod. So bring your own hanger and hanging thread for your wet and dry clothes. The one in the toilet is only good for 1-2 person's wet clothes. 9. Low water pressure and smelly (shower,bidet,faucet) 10. Not enough parking so better arrive early. 11. No safety box. 12. No telephone to call customer service. 13. Their mattresses still has plastic covering. We were very uncomfortable. 14. Hospital / motel feels yung mga bedsheets/blanket 15. Their toilet has no garbage bin. 16. The coffee they serve tastes bland. 17. I paid so much that they can't even give us extra rice for breakfast. Served same breakfast for 2 consecutive days. My son asked for extra fried rice but rejected by staff. (one egg, dilis, sinabawang corned beef😃, small skinless longanisa, 1 cup fried rice). extra head will pay 1k for breakfast and extra bed 😂 However, here are the pros. 1. Delicious food at reasonable price. 2. pools, has no strong chlorine. Although its dirty. 3. Kind and accommodating staff. i will not recommend this place. we’re suppose to stay 4nights and 3days but decided to cut our family vacation short. Better to spend your hard earned money somewhere yung hindi puro profit ang iniisip ng owner."

"Given the price point and the travel time required to get here, we expected a seamless experience. Unfortunately, it fell short. Despite a standard 3:00 PM check-in time, we were made to wait an extra hour for our room. There is a clear lack of communication and coordination between the reception staff and other departments, resulting in a disorganized stay. While the rooms were clean, the interiors were quite dated. While this fits a certain rustic aesthetic, the lack of modern essentials was disappointing. There are no in-room phones to contact the front desk, and no hair dryers provided. The estate itself is visually stunning, and the activities offered were enjoyable. However, if your primary goal is relaxation, the operational issues make it hard to unwind. I left more stressed than relaxed, despite the beautiful photo opportunities."

"Overall, our stay at the resort was pleasant with clean beach and pools and friendly staff. They also allow outside food and drinks. However, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the restroom, the weak water supply in the room's shower, and the high prices of food. Despite their adorable presence, it's concerning that the dogs are drinking from the pool, which raises hygiene concerns."

"Very disappointing stay we had. We booked for 2 rooms and price is not cheap so I didnt expect this experience. Photos published fooled us. Are all COCOTEL like this??? Miami? Never again. -Room is disgusting! First room assigned to us smells like a public CR that is not properly maintained. We immediately requested a replacement but they replaced it with another one with the same smell! The 2nd room though has lesser smell of CR because they put in lot of deodorizer on the aircon! This is crazy! Sheets are yellowish, CR so dirty! We even requested for cleaning materials so we can just clean it up. -Very thin pillow and they put only half the number of the paid number of occupants. We have to request multiple times and reminded them that we paid for those additional pax. -Food is very pricey. Average price is 500 per serving. Sinigang na hipon for example has 6 pcs small shrimp and few veggies. -Very crowded compared to the nearby resorts in the area. -Wifi is very weak to no connection at all. In all areas, even in their common space. Weak mobile signal too (3 networks). We clarified this during booking as we needed it for some urgent work but again failed. -holes in the ceiling, wirings everywhere"
