the breakfast served is not enough for the people staying there. crew neglect to top up even though there are others wish to take breakfast

Location near batam center port walking distance like 15-20 mins. Room amenities provided as per advertised. Service quite nice can keep luggages if arrived too early however if there is option allow to have early check in will be much better but since room no availability so we only able to proceed check on after 2pm as advertised. Breakfast as usual, bread, coffee, mie and etc. maybe can improve the type of lighting from yellowish to more clear colour. Can get grab or gojek to travel arround.overall a night stay is comfortable.

extremely bad service. we’ve gotten the junior suite. room service takes forever always. refuse to give just bottled water on day of check out. staff at reception knows nothing about tourist spot queries. no staff at concierge. spa in hotel has no therapists. the WORST. do not book. do not book. not worth it and it even that cheap for this destination. better choices every where. do not book. staff razzi at the operator gives especially bad attitude.

I love this hotel - its location in Batam Centre is unbeatable. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I booked an executive suite, which was spacious and functional for my needs. There is also free parking in the basement, which was super convenient. The furniture and decor is slightly older, but all clean and in working order. I'll happily return there, as the price-quality ratio is excellent.

Good, my partner also like it, he said next can come again 😄😄😄. clean, Near shopping mall, easy to get transportation.

Breakfast soup too salty, prefer green bean dessert. Friendly staff. Location witnin walking distance to Batam One mall, where there are plenty of restaurants having good promotions.

The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the Batam Center. Location is good and the hotel is also clean. Hotel staff is friendly and polite.

It’s just a short walk or taxi ride from the ferry terminal, so it’s great for a short break from Singapore. The service was great and the free buffet breakfast made sure it was worth the price! Will definitely visit again.
