The service is really bad, and the room leaks.They want us to wait until their people fix it.Change rooms. It's really bad service.I won't live there again next time.

All your front counter staff was courteous and helpful, ensuring as smooth transition to my room, was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and overall surroundings of your reception area, which contributed greatly the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel's amenities, such as the Pantry area, the safe deposit box, and the basic toiletries were a delight to utilize and added the enjoyment of my time at your establishment. The concierge team was also incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, helping me make the most of my visit. The level of service and attention to detail exhibited by your staff was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and that I had a memorable experience. It is clear that your team is dedicated to providing guests with the highest level of hospitality.
